                                Admittedly,many conflicts exist between tradition and modernization. Traditionthat survives from the storm of history keeps the uppermost essenceof the past, and modernization, compared to tradition, means apromotion and even a totally denying to old means. Automobilesaccelerate our moving speed from one distance to another; cell phoneswith messages present a faster way we chat with our relatives andfriends; skyscrapers built for living and working save more room inthose cities with high density of population. Furthermore, science'sadvancing with the superstition's collapse, technology's puttingforward steps people go and hundreds of things, which we ever reallybelieved insistently, are discarded. Walking from one realm toanother, you will find everything being changing either to improveour lives, or to deny our obsolete values. However,tradition and modernization's inconsistency does not prove that theycan not coexist and it is impossible and even harmful to select oneand give up the other from them. Firstly, modernization is just likea filter to tradition, which presents a must something will act assediment. It is similar that we can not find a circumstance thatmodernization is created independently without keeping trace oftradition. In contrast, tradition can not stand forever and not bereplaced in the changing world. So it's never possible to make adecision to pick one from them. Secondly, without tradition, we willlost precious essence of ancestors' thoughts, ideas and values, andwithout modernization, there is a question emerging that how can wehumankind move on. Every loss will lead to a disaster to our presentand future society. To sum up, we cannot seek away to choose anyone of them. （没完整说明白）

Finally,what can we do? The only way and wisest decision is to open a newperspective that we attempt(strike) abalance between modernization and tradition. Tradition leaves usessence of old ideas and values, which we must keep in minds, andmodernization offer us a opportunity to improve our lives andchallenge old means so that society can advance, which means we haveto grasp these chances. Therefore the bottom line is to keep the bestin the past with catching opportunity to move forward. For example,Chinese Medicine is marked as a label that says it's not scientific.But over recent years, some smart Chinese doctors conclude thatChinese Medicine is proved successful by numerous historical cases.It has scientificity to some extent but indeed has some eccentrictreatments. As a doctor, what we must do is to keep its merits anddiscard its disadvantages.（建议这个中药的例子，可以跟西药对比下，这个样更好然后说中西结合）This kind of speech is regardedas a scientific perspective and absolutely right choice. We can imageblue print that we hold the right sword named tradition and the leftshield called modernization, and our society can move forever withoutbeing beaten down.
