Is it necessary for the universities to give every member of a team the uniform grade when they complete a project together? I generally agree with this suggestion, because, with a same reward of each member after they finish a project is extremely important for the team cooperation in the future, maybe for the next task. However, a distinguishing method for spur every member besides the former uniform grade they got is also indispensable for the competition within the team unit.

It is a indisputable fact that a uniform reward such as the same grade which given by the universities play a significant and essential role in enforce the cooperation relationship among each member of a team. And cooperation is necessary among team members if they want to achieve the goal they set, perhaps in a sporting event or in a political race, in order to win the competition; it is equally important to understand that cooperation is of great importance for the team members, in that same sporting event or political race, inasmuch as the members need to be in agreement as to the basic ground rules of the game or election in order to beat their competitors.

However, a extra method to impulse each member in a distinguishing way is also needed, because, with the aid of the method, the members of the team can appreciate their own ideas to contribute more to the team with press. For example, in most of the international companies, their employees who in a same rank usually receive a same salary. However, the bonus is given according to their contribution to the corporation, which is must be different each other.

In the final analysis, both the same and distinguishing reward methods are necessary for a team, because, the cooperation and competition among the team members should be coexisted if the team wants to finish their task.
