Many people are afraid of leaving their home today because of the increasing crime rate .Some people think this situation should be changed while others think there is nothing we can do to prevent crimes,Discuss both views and give your own opinion..

With the incidence of crimes hovering high levels ,mang paople become disturbed and alarmed.
On the one hand ,a considerable number of people maintain that immediate and positive measures shoud be taken by both government and individuals claims that only by bringing criminals to justce can the severe problem be solved fundamentally.Obviously, this kind of thougout is advisable and optismic.They believe that without actions to curb the proliferation of offences,our society can not be safe and stable and more and more citizens are likely to fall prey to criminal acts. In all likelihood,offenders would tend to more ambitious and rampant if they are not afflicted with any punishment.As an illustration ,the robberies which occurred frequently several years ago in WH university of technology disappeared dramatically after a series of actions be taken.
On the other hand ,some people hold a negtive viewpoint that we have nothing to do to cope with the ever-increasing offences.Firstly ,they argue that criminals usually have careful schemes and minute ,high-speed cactions that can not be found or caught by police.Moreover,they emphasize that crime rates is still towards an upward trend regardless of the efforts we have already done.In other words ,they do not believe law enforcement have the capability to beat the evil forces.In addition,in the course of human’s selfish,timid personalities,they come to the conclusion that people have many difficulties to coporate to defeat crimes.
Admittedly,we would be confronted with many difficulties thoughtout the process of striking crimes .Nevetheless,we must form a clear perspective of that without actions will defenitely without stability .It is my firm belief that the high time for us to exert efficient and effective stress on criminous is right now.
