It is more important to reserve land for human beings than for endangered animals.; `* i/ `0 S3 `1



As we all know, some animals are endangered as the environment we depend on is being destoried. The most important enviroment problem may be that the animals’ habitants is decreasing quickly. But some people still claim that we should reserve land for human beings rather than for endangered animals. I totally disagree with this kind of opinion, which means that I think it is more important to reserve land for endangered animals.
First of all, it is more necessary to reserve land for animals than for human beings. Human beings have better abilities to adapt for the changing environment by using our intelligence than animals. But animals donot have such kind of abilities. I know that it some kinds of animals can only live in some specific environment. The decreasing habitants for these kinds of animals will directly lead to the distinct of them. How lonely we will be if one day only us human beings are left in the world. The reservation of only a small part of land can save a lot of animals.
Second, if we continue to misuse the land for ourselves, we will be punished by the environment. As we all know, the yellow river which is called the mother river of China has drougt more and more frequently because the greenland along it is decreasing quickly. Looking back to the disasters like flood and drough happened in China in recent years, most of them are caused because we are destorying our environment by misuse the land.
The greedy of human beings have no limits. In the past we live harmony with our environment. But with the development of our society, we occupy more and more land. It is time to return the land to their real hosts. Only by doing that, can we live a happier life.

Do you think peole should buy things made in their own country, even the price is higher than same things made somewhere else.

In the past a few years, we notices a situation that many people in China claim that they only want to buy Chinese brands in order to support China’s industry. They are even willing to pay more money on the things made in China. In my perspective, there is no necessarities to do that. The reasons are as following.
First of all, the actions to only buy things made in China can not help the companies of China as people respected. Situation will go to the opposite direction. As we all know, China’s company doesn’t do well in many domains as the international companies do, which will incentive the Chinese company to improve the quality of their goods. Providing that all the Chinese people only purchase good made in China, the company of China will never want to improve themselves because there are no competitors from foreign countries. So only buying things in China will harm the industry of China in the long run.
Secondly, choosing commodities depending on where they are made rather than the quality of them will damage the effeciency of the world’s economy. In the tendecy of globalization, the economy of different countries combine to one rapidly. The vehement competition among the goods from different countries is the driver for the development of the technology and effeciency in the world wide. But if consumers only buy their own countries’ goods, the competion will make no use. What's more,a good operated economy also needs the rationality buyers which means that the buyers can judge what to purchase by the goods ’effective like their quality and price. The buyers who are will to pay higher price for the same good can not be rational.
In conclusion, buying things that made in their own country will do harm to the economy of both their country and the world. In order to avoid this kind of situation, we should make choices effectively.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: teachers should be paid according to how well their students perform.  

Recently there is a hot debating about whether the students’ performance should be the criteria for how much the teachers should be paid. Some people claim that it is unfair to evaluate a teacher’s working by the performance of his or her students because the student’s performance can not handled by the teacher, which means that even though a teacher works hard, his or her students may not perform well. However, in my point of view, the teachers should be paid according to their students’ performance.
First of all, it is the teacher’s responsibility to give a good education to his or her students. The students pay the tuition fees to the teacher because they want to receive good education from the teacher. And the comprehensive improvement of his or her students can absolutely reflect the results of the education. As a result, if the teacher is the paid according to how well their students perform, the teacher will enhance his or her quality of teaching in order to help the students to get a better performance.
Secondly, by using the students’ performance as a criteria for how much the teachers should be paid can improve the efficiency of the education system. Human beings need to be pushed. Providing the teachers will be paid equally whether how well their students perform, many teachers may not focuse on teaching because the consequece will be the same even if they work hard to help their students. So this kind of payment system can supervise the the teacher to work hard to improve their studeants’ ability and then enhance the efficiency of the education.
In conlusion, to pay the teachers by how well their performance of their student is a good way to guarrant the quality of education. So the teachers should be paid according to their students’ performance.

Businessmen are only motivated by desire of money, agree or disagree?* K/ C& v% ?"
Many people may have the prejustice about businessmen that the businessmen care only about money other than anything else. But I hold the different point of view that the the desire of money is only one of the several motivations of the businessmen.
First of all, contrary to the ordinary opinion that the business is for money, the mordern companies always have the Social Responsibility Centers which aim to make a positive influence in the society. The resposibilities of this kind of centers include avoiding pollution, solve social problems and so on. If the businessmen only cares about money, they won’t set up such kind of Social Responsibility Centers to solve social problems.
Secondly, most of the businessmen pay more attention to the quality of the products and services they provide. The companies always have the quality control system. Here is an real example, the Nestle company called back a bulk of milk they produced because they are proved to have problem. If the Nestle company was only motivated by desire of money, they won’t call back the milk because it make no profit for the company.
Thirdly, we can not deny that many businessmen do business only because that they love it. It is sure that interest is the best motivation for anything instead of money. Bill Gates, the richest man in the world, he start up Microsoft because he loves to design software instead of money. If he only motivated only by the desire of money, the Microsoft won't be so successful. There are also many more examples like Andison, Bafeter who are businessmen but they do business by the motivation of their love.
In conclution, except for money, the consideration for the social resposibility, the quality of the products or service, and the love for business are all the motivation for the business man.
