Moreover, many universities have strict requirements for student to apply medicine field.Student would not be enrolled to any medicine school without a strongly biology or chemistry background. Also, when students face some difficulties in the life,the knowledge learns from science classes could guide student a good way to deal with. It is obviously to see that students would certainly have an advantage in their career or studying by taking basic science classes. In other word,school has its responsibility by providing all kinds of knowledge to the student to meet the needs from current society.

Twenty years from now, people will have more free time(leisure time) tham we do now


There is a general debate nowadays about how much free time we need in our daily life. A growing number of people are beginning to realize that we are losing our leisure time much more now than in the past. However, the society has developed dramatically for past twenty years. From my perspective, I believe that social change causes people to lose their leisure time because things are quite different today, for instance, people’s life style, increasing number of population, and increasingly competitive working environment.

To begin with, people’s work shift has been extended by a tight schedule and heavy workload. Employees have to sacrifice their break time to finish the work on time. In addition, the types of majority of enterprises are different from the past. A large number of private enterprises require their employee to produce high quality work in a fixed period. To compete in this society which is full of ruthless competitions now, many private enterprises are cutting down the labor cost; therefore employees who work in these companies are constantly dealing with more than one person’s workload. In contrast, people’s job is simpler and stable in the past.

On the other hand, the children’s tuition fees and daily expenses are at least twice more expensive than in the past. Parents have much more pressure now to be able to afford these heavy expenses,thus people have to continue work until they are much older. Moreover, students have to spend their free time to finish a large amount of homework every day because they have to learn 6-7 subjects even in the primary school.

To sum up, people cannot choose which era we live in; therefore, I am convinced that work is not the sole prerequisite for wealth. I believe that spending time with family instead of sitting in office to work would be more valuable to our life. Meanwhile, health is the foundation of our life, people should have enough free time to relax and reduce stress from the work.

Half century ago, there was a popular phenomenon which existed in majority of families; children were unwilling to achieve the dream that could not be completed by their parents. Unfortunately, parents falsely thought that to prevent the percentage of mistakes children would make in their life, and try to arrange a long-term plan by using their own social experience and community network was an excellent choice for helping child’s future. However, everything has two sides, would child be satisfied for future made by their parents or would they feel happier live in the life organize by others? If children plan their future by themselves would be much better than parents does, as I believe it is; the implications are far-reaching.

To begin with, parents always ignore that how important the interest is to their children. In China, the increasing numbers of parents evaluate their child good or bad by using academic score and teacher’s feedback as their standard. Parents pay more attention on the child’s academic study instead of their extracurricular activities which is not essential parts in the parent’s view. We often hear about someone who interested in dancing, or do well in playing musical instrument cannot continue doing because his/her parent think these interests will disturb the child’s academic process. It’s obvious to see that to enter a top university means a successful step in child’s life by the old generation.

However, children will through studying different majors, volunteering in the community,and attending some job fairs to understand what field they want to work in as their future career. Depend on each child’s personality and strongpoint,they could find a career which develop their skills well and more suitable to work in this area. The more interest people have in this job, the more enthusiasm people want to bring it. Only when children clearly know what they are doing now and what they will do in the future, they can deeply understand that how to plan their future and try hard to make the dream come true. This experience is extremely valuable for the young generation in the growing period.

To sum up, I am convinced that parents should have enough confidence to trust their children can plan themselves future well. As an old saying, “all roads lead to Rome”, children can be a successful person in different field not just by the tradition way of studying in school. I believe that children would be much happier live in the life they create by themselves, the result which is definitely all the parents want to see.

Teacher is one of the greatest careers in the world owing to the object they teach is not others, is human being. Besides, teachers are be paid by teaching students knowledge. In some schools, the more classes teacher teach, the more money they earn. Therefore, people start to concern that will the quality of teaching be affected by teacher’s salary? Others state that teachers should be paid according to their students’ perform. Personally, I cannot support that opinion due to the following reasons.


To begin with, teaching or being taught is two essential parts in the process of learning knowledge. Attending the class every day and receiving knowledge from teacher is the duty as a student as well as the reason teacher stand on the platform. However, the knowledge when teacher deliver to the student, may be terminated in the procedure depend on how much concentration student pay on the class. Obviously, it always happens that some students gain higher scores compare to others may fail the same course in the same class. It is falsely to force teacher for affording all the responsibility for student’s performance.Moreover, it’s difficult for teacher to supervise the one who has lower attendance, which is impossible for teacher to help this student to catch up the knowledge he/she missing, meanwhile to pursue the same score as other student who attend the class everyday did. I believe that how much the salary is been paid depends on teacher’s performance is unfair.


On the other hand, parents cannot escape their part of responsibility for raising a healthy child instead of push the work to the teacher. When parents as their child’s legal guardian pay the tuition fee, they should pay attention on child’s daily homework and school’s attendance. Parents also have to keep touch with teacher then assist teacher doing their job better. Additionally, the quality of teaching will be affected if there are too many students in the class. Thus,the school needs to focus on the class condition which helps teacher to improve their teaching skill.


According to all the reasons I provided above, I am convinced that teacher cannot lose each of parts, student’s self-discipline and parent’s cooperation; otherwise,teacher cannot not only develop the teaching skill successfully but also brings as much as knowledge in the class.

In the era of high-tech information, society is changing at a speed which is quite unprecedented; television and internet have come to pervade every aspect of our lives. As part of television functional, advertising plays a contradictory role between manufacturers and viewers. Thus, there is a hot debate about the disadvantages advertising brings to our daily life such as causes an unhealthy eating habits, such this statement I personally support it by the following reasons.

To begin with, making the advertising fancier is the common way to attract the younger views. What’s means, the selling product is wrapped up much more utilitarian than they real are. It is difficult for children to distinguish the truth between real and image from the media. The truth is, for food advertising such as cereals, children would believe the information from these advertising is correct knowledge for the functional of cereals. They would falsely think that eating cereal is part of breakfast by these commercial describes. Actually, no any evidence proof that it’s necessary for children to take cereals every day. On the contrary, eating too much cereal probably would cause children over weight.

On the other hand, in some way the advertising delivers a large numbers of wrong information to people. For example, when the advertising introduces the fast foods to people’s life, they always ignore the drawback fast food will have and exaggerate its benefits such as saving time and cheaper price to the buyers. People will subconsciously or unconsciously eat more fast foods when they are busy,the words says on the fast food advertising will easily appear on person’s mind. Moreover, it’s obvious to see that television will not do any research to check the food which present in advertising is health or not because that’s not television’s duty.Try to extend theprofits from manufacturers may be the most task by television concerns to, thus,many unnecessary food advertisings come to person’s life even some of foods maycause them health problem.


To sum up, I am convinced that advertising definitely causes an unhealthy eating habit by introduce lots of unhealthy foods to adults and children. I suggest that if these advertisers want to continue put their advertising on TV, putting a special notice such as the food would causes one’s allergy or smoking is not good for your health, will be much better for helping people to realize their own eating habit.

Nowadays, student’s learning style has been changed dramatically;students pay more attention on extracurricular activity such as volunteer in the local community instead of only concern with studying. I personally agree with some advance that having a part-time job will benefits student attending the university.

Conceivably, working at a part-time job can enhances student’s learning initiative. Through the working experience, student can deeply realise how fierce competition this world is. Obviously, student can understand which aspect they interest in and desire to develop its skill, but in contrast sit in the classroom for studying without any purpose. Thus, to improve own ability for meeting the needs from current society, it would be the prerequisite for student to obtain a useful skill or proficient in one field. Moreover, the society needs graduates who are doing well at every aspect not only for studying. A part-time job also helps students to develop their communication skills by discussing with coworkers and solving difficulties during the work which cannot learn from the class.

On the other hand, students can reduce the stresses from the expensive tuition fee by earning money from their part-time jobs. Some may argued that student’s regular studying would be easily distracted by the stresses  from their part-time jobs such as overloaded working. However, I believe that it will be a good opportunity to evaluate a student how to balance their life between study and work. Personally speaking, I enjoyed the moments when I worked with my colleagues while I studied in school, I always shared story happened in the class to my colleagues which was a good way for reduce the stress from study. And, my colleagues also gave me some suggestions for free. And, what’s more, I can afford my expenses because of the job.

To sum up, having a part-time job is a valuable experience for a university student who desires to know the currently labor market and clears their purpose in the future career. I suggest that university should help student for their off-campus activates by adding more internship programs.

By the increasingly number of communication between each country in the aspect of culture, education, and economic, people generally desire a deeply understanding about a foreign country for enlarge their horizon.Museum as a historical spot will be the best way to know its country. I personally agree this statement by the following reasons.

There is no doubt that museum where collects its country’s artifacts from the past to nowadays displays its country’s people life style in the past to the public. When students walk in the museum and stand in front of these real crafts, paintings, and sculptures, they must be surprise by these amazing works.This valuable experience cannot be replaced by listen a story from others. Conceivably,it’s the best way for student to understand what happened about their country in the past century instead of read the history from the textbook. For example,every Chinese student learns about Nanjing massacre in the history class;however, is everyone really understands what happened that time? Read each word from the paper will be too abstract for student to understand that how much pains bring to us from that war. But if we walk to the museum of Nanjing massacre, we would be shocked by these pictures and reports from that time.

Moreover, as a traveler, to learn about a foreign country in a short visiting time, museum will be the best place to go. Generally, most museums tickets are cheap which travelers can afford it, and they could spend one day on the museum to see all the information about this country from science, art, people’s life style, and etc. In addition, some museums always open some kinds of festivals such as knowing agriculture, or feeling local people’s life, which brings visits into a real local community.

To sum up, I am convinced that museum plays a crucial role for introduces a country to everyone. That’s the reason why every year each government spends lots of fund on the museum development.
