F-2 -> F-1 Approved within 3 days in CA Center

CA center is amazingly fast now! Just received my new I-94 and I-20 today. Here is the detail for the process of my case:

4/09/10 (Fri)  Mailed out the application by USPS with priority mail

4/12/10 (Mon)  Checked the status on USPS website and said the mail was delivered

4/13/10 (Tue)  Check was cashed and got the case number from the back of Check.

4/14/10 (Wen)  Check the status on USCIS website and said  the receipt of acceptance notice was mailed out to me

4/15/10 (Thu)  Check my case status and said my case was approved

4/16/10 (Fri)  Said my approval notice was mailed out

4/21/10 (Wen)  I received my new I-94 and I-20

From the day of check cashed to the day of case approved, it only took 3 days. It is so amazingly fast.

Advice: Prepare the documents well and write a good cover letter.
