According to my opinion, when facing problems, the paramount solution is the combination of the two styles, which means that we should be creative while planning carefully.


Indisputable, creativeness is vital in the process of getting problems done. Being creative means analyzing problems from a completely new point, using your imagination to make use of the limited resources, and getting rid of the conservative ways which have been uesd hundreds of times previously. In such service industry as advising, investment bankingand tax-planning, creative is, to some extent, the core competitiveness of a company. One representative example concerns about the advertising company, which designs advertisements for its clients and helps them to expand their share of the market, with the intention of presenting a ingenious plan, advertising company often runs a procedure named "brain storm", by gathering some employees to raise their views and ideas without any restrictions.


Only being creative does ensures your problem a successful solution. Creativeness brings you with plenty ideas. But without execution, all of these are merely empty talk, no matter how imaginative or inspiring they seem to be.
