A room at the Graduate Gardens, College Park, MD will be available at June, 1st, 2010. Both long-term and short-term renting are acceptable. The rate is $570 for June and July. Rent for August and thereafter will be higher (about $588). All negotiable . All utilities included: Electronic, gas fee, internet and in-state fixed telephone call.

A non-smoking, easygoing, friendly, single male student is preferable. You are going to share the apartment will a nice male student in June (after July with a couple). Graduate Garden is nice place to live in which is nearly on the border of UMD campus so YOU DO NOT NEED A CAR TO REACH UMD CAMPUS and college park metro station. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The address is Rowalt Dr., College Park, 20740, MD.
