I cannot agree with the statement any more that the surest path to success for any enterprise in any profession is revitalization through new leadership. However, in my opinion, the years of the elected for a term should depend on the demand of the special condition in any profession field, not act as the statement opinion the power should step down for five years.

Turning first to the speaker’s claim, I strongly agree that the enterprise is always de able to replenish itself with the fresh blood and new leader ideologies. Newly leaders will bring with the new methods to solve the problem and the new ways to lead a group to an unimagined achievement. If an initially wise leader became cool-mind just because of his great success, fame, awe, and responds, it will be unfortunate not only for the leader himself but also for the whole team or group.

However, for several reasons I find that the years of the elected for a term should depend on the demand of the special condition in any profession field. For example, the headmaster of the education field is elected for a term of seven to ten years.
clearly, the too frequent reform is harmful for the students who are exhausted in adopting various reform and puzzled what they should do. However, in the constitution amendment, the president in US should be elected for the term of four years. as Montesquieu, the famous philosopher in French, the greater power, the shorter term for the balance.

Besides, for various different condition and special demand in one profession field, we should balance the condition in one particular era and the term of the leader. In some special condition, it is necessary to break down the illusion that in any profession the power should be step down for some years. A reappointment leader will be better than a new one in a long-term hard period. Such as Franklin D. Roosevelt, the greatest president in the history of US, reappoint for four terms. Thanks for his brilliant brain, Roosevelt dominated the American political scene, not only during the twelve years of his presidency, but for decades afterward. He orchestrated the realignment of voters that created the Fifth Party System.FDR's New Deal Coalition united together labor unions, big city machines, white ethnics, welfare recipients, African Americans and rural white Southerners. Roosevelt's diplomatic impact also resonated on the world stage long after his death, with the United Nations and Bretton woods as examples of his administration's wide-ranging impact. What the US will belike if the Americans didn’t vote for their president FDR? Clearly, it wouldn’t be recoverd from the great depression and the second war as soon as the FDR’ period.

In sum, even it is the truth that new blood will bring the chances in some way, we should consider the total condition and make the balance between the advantages and the disadvantages whether one leader should be reappointment or not. Otherwise, we also should decide the term of one leader should de appointment with the particular demand in each profession.
