Efficient education is badly needed in this rapid developping society. How to education effective is thought over for long.
Originally, education arised when people needs or likes to learn something. Need is for existing and like is out of
interest. At that time, education was done in such an natural way that one only need to learn what he wanted to learn except that
he is a slaver or something similar. As can be imagined, the education ran efficiently and reflected human nature of learning.
As time passes by and society progresses, education in original state couldn't satisfy the need of the time. Schooling
gradually walked into the central of education. The benefit and problem of the schooling has existed for quite a long time which
is reflected even more evident at present.
The schooling satisfy the social development's need for a large number of persons with knowledge and skills to some
extent. The society needs more buildings to work and live in and the schools open courses of architecture and civil engineering
to educate such persons. We need more convenient program and more IT students graduate. One teacher at school can teach several
dozens of students and more students share the education resources makes the higher use ratio of the resources. Schooling, a kind
of centralized education save both human resources and material resources and it creats more benefits which is just suited
for this competitive society. Other than the cause of social aspect, causes of individuals also play an important part in
the development of the schooling. The schooling education saves their time and gives them more job chances. On the contrary,
if they choose to study what they are interested in, regardless of the need of current society, the future waiting for them will
not be desired jobs and good salaries, but poverty. As can be seen in every big cities, large number of graduated students can't
find a job they imagined, let alone the ones without a diploma.
As a trend of education, the schooling and the similar ones will surely be more and more popular currently. It is a need
of both society and individuals. This form of market-education reflects the natural order of progress of human society.
Every coin has two sides and problem of the schooling lies everywhere. This kind of centralized education will certainly
put down the status of the learners. Study transforms from an active behavior to a passive one. In this transformation, the
enthusiasm of study is sacrificed. We have to come back to think over the question, studying just for jobs? Of course not. Job
is just a form through which people can give play to their ability to make their own contribution to the development of society.
Only knowing this is not enough. We must understand why we study and what we are studying for. This question is quite relented to
the original education I discussed at the beginning of the study. Previously, we study for existing. Now, existing is still the
aim of our study. However, the difference lies in the point that the so called existing today is not only enough food and coats,
but also better level of life, social status...  The goal is promoted but the way keep almost the same. Study is to raise your
ability and through this ability raising process, one can be closer to his aim.
In this ability raising process, the effect of his study is determined by several factors, his enthusiasm included. If
a person has no interest in what he is studying, how can he study well? Although he has a talent in one thing, he is just unwilling
to learn it. What is the result. We can not say he will learn nothing. At least, he learns inefficiently. If one is interested in
what he is learning, he will put his energy into the thing he is learning, voluntarily. He will try to study more in limited
time and the efficiency is enhanced naturally. What's more, interest can make people more creative. Creativity is badly in need
in this industrial world. We can hardly imagine a world full with the same food, same coat, same entertainment, even same persons.
The diversity of the future need us to pay more attention to the creativity of education, to the individual interests and need
of students.
The schooling is the trend of our time and the individual interests and need of students have a big influence on our
future. A balanced combination of the two still needs efforts to explore on the road to efficient education.
