The motivation has become a controversial topic with more billionaires and millionaires appear. I disagree with the opinion that money is the only desire for businessmen. I believe businessmen are motivated by families, society, country and money.

First of all, businessmen have to support the whole families and take care of their children. Making business is an important way to realize it. In my hometown - yi yuan, many farmers chose the sell fruits to make live because only relying on farmland is enough for food. If they got some serious disease, such as cancer, they do not have enough money to pay it. A recent study conducted by China Daily, after polling one thousand famous businessmen in beijing, shang hai, guang zhou, claimed that 71 percent of them chose families as a reason to do business. According to this study, a businessman has a heart to take care of his families. Thus, making business is essential for their lives.

Secondly, many businessmen make business to help the poor and return to the society. Many businessmen chose to build factories in their hometown because they want to help them get more jobs and have a happy life. More and more businessmen has built schools in the poor places to help the children get better education for the last ten years in China. In the World War 2, Chinese businessmen try their best to make money in order to support the country. I was moved by their love of country.

Admittedly, money is also a desire for many businessmen. They are good at doing business and they making money. However, money, families and society is important for businessmen. If one businessman only focuses on money, he can not succeed in a long run. Thus, it is not appropriate to say that businessmen are only motivated by desire of money.

In conclusion, businessmen are motivated by families, society, country and money instead of the only desire of money. Only focusing on money can not succeed for businessmen.
