Businessman are only motivated by desire of money
Through the development of business arises a serious problem, which concentrates on whether businessmen are only motivated by desire of money. In my opinion, businessmen are not only driven by desire of money, but their intentions are also stimulated by the love to the surroundings and the responsibility to the world.
To begin with, the more love businessmen donate and receive from the surroundings, the more sense of accomplishment they would get from their career. In other words, no matter how much payment and expense they would spend for their motivation, they chase for the love. For example, Uncle Tim used to be a very successful businessman selling medical instruments. When his company is ready to develop him to be general manager, he refused the wonderful development regarding his family. He says, all his motivation is driven by the love of his family, and if the general manager asks for long-time oversea work, he cannot carry on.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility to the world, rather than the desire of money, that promotes some businessmen become willing to work hard for the society, which makes the world more harmonious. Widely speaking, since some businessmen have dream to make the world more colorful and peaceful, their impulse are stimulated by the happiness of all the human beings instead of their own profit. Bill Gates is such an instance. His dream is to make the world step into the information age and realize children’s computer dream. So whatever his company—Microsoft has suffered terrible financial crisis, he usually put customers’ satisfaction as the first place, let alone the profits. He does own such an amazing responsibility.
Last but not the least, the desire of money is just halfway goal to most businessmen. To be honest, many businessmen just need economical basis to realize their future goal, so they may be propelled by money at first. However, when their fortune reaches to some point, they may concern something more important. According to the survey studied by Forbes, nearly 81% successful businessmen admit that their careers are not stimulated by the desire of money. Meanwhile, most of those famous people claim money is just the financial basis to their living goal.
To sum up, considering some businessmen are only driven by money, most of them still have further and deeper thoughts. So I insist my suggestion that businessmen are not only motivated by money.
