G版招版主的建议

我觉得G版某位前版主还是不错的，虽然有缺点。

纯粹发表下当下的个人看法，可能对，可能不对。改变不了其他人的看法，只是不吐不快。

上次发生的事情每个G版版主都有责任。如果我们多点沟通，多点倾听，最后也不会弄得这么僵。

我曾经在G版开会的时候提过这个问题，但是有些版主的观点是，这本来就是一个义务的活，没必要规定时间什么，而且最后我统计出来每个人每天什么时候有空也没有真正落实。

I also BM at another BBS which doesn't involve GRE, but photoshop instead..
we have tons of things to do..
5 totally ,each of us responsible for certain things..and for things like answering questions, each of us responsible for one specific day of a week.
That way, people work very effectively, and if there is one didn't work, we know it immediately.
I am not saying every group should work the same way, but do things without plan is ineffective in any sense. Like all BM reply the same thing to the same post is unnecessary
