Free time and salary are the two major factors people concern when they choose a job. I personally deem that it’s arbitrary to say a job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with high salary but less vacation time. The statement fails to take a person’s age and living standard into account, as well as both his/ her physical and mental condition.
Therefore, which type is more favorable or better than the other mostly depends on one’s self need and the surroundings.

To those young adults as me, vigorous and dynamic, a job with a high salary but less vacation is more suitable since we have plenty of time and energy, pursuing our career goals. With a high salary, young adults can not only cover their daily expense but also can save money for future planning like house purchase or marriage. Besides personally consideration, the saved money will alleviate the family burden, improve the living standard or even can be used to show one’s filial piety.

To those who already enjoy a decent life or pay more emphasize on relax and freedom than money and material, a job with more vacation time but a low salary will be the better choice. If one does not need to worry bread and butter, without any family burden on their shoulder, being free from debts or loan, having less desire on luxury, a low salary job will probably make both ends meet. More vacation time enables one to have more chance for trip, family gathering and exercise. To those who regard mental enjoyment and health more important than money in their lives, this type of work can perfectly satisfy their need.

Moreover, macro economical environment and the change of people’s attitude towards life can also influence the choice between these two types of working condition. People might prefer high salary under economical depression whereas favor more vacation time when they believe it is better for their health. Both of them have its advantages and disadvantages; the better one is what fit one’s self-requirement perfectly.

There is a controversial issue in university that if college students should take part-time jobs while they are studying in universities. Some people claim that part-time(taking part-time jobs) is a good way for students to learn practical things as well as making more friends. Those opponents argue that study is students’ major work and part-time jobs might distract their attention. From my perspective, the advantages of part-time jobs are overweight its possible disadvantages for the following reasons.

For one thing, university is not a place only for knowledge learning but a platform for young adults to practice and experiment. Social experience and interpersonal interaction learned by oneself are of the same importance as knowledge taught by teachers. (这句话很好！) Those art-time jobs related to one’s major might offer you a chance to put what you learned into real use. Take myself as an example; before I actually entered the door of P&G to begin by internship, I had no ideas how those marketing theories learn in class direct the real marketing operation. But then, I found the answers myself during daily busy work, following senior managers and reading innovative proposals.

For another, university is not a period only for absorbing but also for discovering and developing. Although knowledge in class can help you to understand the world around you, yet, part-time jobs might enable you to challenge your potential ability and know what is your real interest is. In light of this, trying different part-time jobs in university provide you with various possibilities. You can experience the real working conditions and make sure which job is your favorite or specialized, which is helpful for your future career path choice.

Moreover, salary received by part-time jobs can be one’s own saving for future perchance （purchase）such as books or traveling. This money can lift family’s finical burden on ones’ university tuition fees and daily expenditure. Or one can donate it to local non-government organization or charity to help others in disease and disaster.

To sum up, taking part-time jobs is a good way for one to practice class theories, exploring one’s potential, and earn money for better use. In addition, university students have plenty of time and energy for this trying.

It’s undeniable that movies and TV programs are two major sources of entertaining in our daily life. Obviously, we may find that not only local TV programs and movies made in our own country but also those foreign shows enriching（enriches） our channels. When it comes to the comparison that which of them is more interesting, I personally prefer the former for the following reasons.

Besides, the way the movie arranged and TV programs organized reflect the unique cultural trait of a country. There is always difference among the interesting fields of separate countries. Admittedly, movies and TV programs made in other countries might provide something special and exotic, which seems interesting to those who are fresh to them. However I still believe that, with the help of language and cultural background, one can have better understanding to those media shows and find more interesting things.
