Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Advertising is the most important cause of unhealthy eating habits
When refers to advertisement of food, especialy the fast food, probably there will be a piles of looking tasty fried chicken or potato chips
which are also crowded by young and good looking people with a red color background scenes. That makes you so excited and hungry to get some
of them which makes feel as fashion as the young ones in that advertisement. The fact can not be deny is these kind of ADs(refers to
advertisement) lead a unhealth or irregular eating habbits in some degree.
At first the ADs has changed the food list of many citizens especialy the under 25 year-old ones, some of them may take the KFC, kind of, 3
times a week. Besides the high price of these sorts of food, they also contain a huge amount of fat. So the word " coach potato " is the best
expression of the resault. This remind me of one of my best friends, Joey, who likes eat fried things so much that he gets an amaing appetite
when watching the ADs of KFC and he went there every other days. As a result, he became 70 kg from 48 kg, and the P.E. score he gets is the
lowest in our grade.To improve this condition, his parents, teachers and friends help keeping him from taking even a tiny piece of fried
chicken or chips, then his physical situation became beter.
Forthermore, ADs is not the only thing that impact our eating habit, I think, for the habit is not only what we eat but also when we have
meal. The time we eat may not be impacted by the ADs. It is a chronic or gradual thing. Some people who is on working may be to busy to get a
meal at the right time. My brother Tomes, a white collar in a big company, is always busy managing his projects or reports and he often
forgets to eat lunch at time, when he get to huangry to do his work he find a small restaurant to have lunch, when the time if already 2:00
P.M. Day by day, his stomach get weak and pain often.
So, to be conclusion that the ADs are not the only factor for people to form a unhealthy eating habit, even though they seems very popular
and wide spread in all the scociety. In my point of view, the time we eat si more significant than what we eat and we should do more
excercises at the same time.
