The general consensus now appeals that spending time alone is not the best way to release stress. However, I don't agree with this issue. That's because that I can have more time to figure out why I have stress when I spend time alone. In addition, if I stay alone, I can enjoy my interests to decrease the pressure. Furthermore, spending time with other people will cause more stress. Thus, spending time alone is the best way to relieve stress. There are several reasons to support my viewpoint.* r. |: M% w1 u9 r6 z( \
First of all, I can enjoy my interests to release the pressure when I am alone. I prefer to listen to music and reading (read). Therefore, when I have the pressure, I like to enjoy the cafe, appreciate classic music as well as read a novel. If I stay with other persons, I can't focus (on) my habits (maybe you can use interest). For example, I had one important project last month. During that time, I became so stressful. Therefore, I planned to spend one weekend to release my pressure caused by this project. However, my friend wanted to stay with me to overcome this stage. However, he just told the stories about him and his girlfriend during two days. It destroyed my previous plan. Thus, I prefer to stay alone to relieve stress.

Second, staying alone can help me to figure out how to overcome the pressure. Any stress is influenced (maybe you can use caused)by some factors( such as…). There, I can think out what causes the stress and how to deal with it when I stay alone. Last year, I had a difficulty (difficult time). During that time, many friends gave me distinct (a little awkward, maybe you can use useful, excellent) opinions and suggestions. However, they didn't know the detail about my difficulty. Therefore, I spend (spent) one week to think how to solve the problem. After that, I felt relax and energetic because I found the way to save it. Third, spending time with friends might cause more stress. If you as well as your friend who both have problem talk with each other, you may become more upset. That's because people have negative thinking when they feel stressful. Therefore, staying with friends is not a good idea when you have stress. John, who is one of my best friends, is(was) nervous with his exam. He discussed with his friend who also has the same exam. After they talk, both of them just feel more nervous and depressed. To sum up, I agree that spending time alone is the best way to release stress. That's because that I can enjoy my interests to overcome the stressful life. In addition, I can have more time to deal with the stress when I stay alone. Furthermore, spend time with others may cause more stress. Thus, spending time alone will help me to release my pressure.
