Nevertheless, the professor in the lecture says that scientists would not lose the opportunities to access important information. It is because that scientists would identify the details of fossils and do some experiments for acquiring important fossil information before fossils sold by private buyers.
Finally, the reading passage points out that the scientific evidences would be devalued because of commercial buyers. However, the professor in the lecture argues that let alone devaluation of fossil records by fossil collectors, more fossils would be undiscovered by scientists.
