Faced with the situation that whether young people should take several different kinds of jobs before they take a career in a long term or not, some old people, who accumulate much experience, argue that people who possessing a stable job is of less risk than those do not. From my perspective, taking a variety of jobs can follow the latest development in the world today.

To begin with, interest is more important than any other things, especially for young people in the modern society. For instance, one of my mom's colleagues was a manager in a bank, but now she is teaching for small children in a less-developed countryside. I was so doubtful that why she gave up an attempting job desired by a great people including myself, and then chose to live in a poor and distant place where the buildings are dilapidated. To my surprise, mom told me that because she has an obsession on teaching, besides, people in countryside are so simple; she made a viewpoint that interest was more essential than money.

Furthermore, an individual’s dreams have a tendency to change over the years. Even though one inspired his absolute passion at the early stage of his life, he could regret in his later years and wondered what had made him addicted. Here comes my personal example. When I was a little girl, I was desired to be an officer like my father, because in my impression this was a job without any efforts, just sitting in the office and using computer freely. But since I saw my dad virtually need to face tedious work and same people every day, I changed my perspective. Being a reporter is more meaningful, by the reason that it enables me to communicate with different people every day. Therefore, because I further informed about my personality, I could not confine a single job.

More importantly, people who taking a variety of jobs can acquire more chances to follow the latest development in the world than those fixing in one job. For instance, in1992, many Chinese work-class like teachers, workers and officers resigned their stable jobs and started own enterprise; most of them even build up from nothing. However, it was their courage that leads them to success; it was keeping in step with the times that make them benefit from the era of reform and opening-up. While those who did not dare to cater the requirement of the new society could only admire others’ achievement.


In conclusion, although some people prefer to deserve a comfortable life that is of no risk, in my opinion, young people are supposed to pursue a more colorful life not only for a stable payroll. As my favorite host, Oprah Winfrey, once said that “You know you are on the road to success if you would do your job, and not be paid for it.” Therefore, I claim that the advantages of trying several different jobs outweigh those who keeping one job.

In the modern society, learning about aforeign country is no longer a dream. There comes a great many vehicles; somepeople claim that newspapers and magazines are the best ways, while in myperspective, travelling, television can also open a door for us to step intoanother land.

To begin with, travelling is a mostvaluable way which can let us experience a bland-new place in person. Forexample, I take delight in searching some photographs about scenery all aroundthe world. Every time I try to imagine how the culture is, what the peoplelike, and even what the cuisine is behind these pictures. Fortunately, lastyear, my parents took me to Japan.Besides roaming in the modern shopping heaven in Tokyo, the street which as clean as a glassalso gives me a visually incredible impact. Some local residents were soenthusiastic that they even walked with me for company as a guide when I gotlost. Undeniably, without that travelling, I cannot acquire a distinctimpression about Japan,containing polite residents, fashionable and first-class environmental hygiene.

Moreover, we can also regard television asa telescope to amplify the corner throughout the world into the viewers’ eyes.For example, in the countryside, few farmers have capacity to go outside themountains, no mention the foreign countries. However, since the televisionsprevail in almost every family, people all around the world are no longerdistant and isolated from each other; the most distant countries and thestrangest customs are brought right to one’s sitting room. A lot of televisionprograms introduce people to things in other continents they never thought ofbefore and never heard of before. More importantly, compared with dull feel fromthe radio or some paper, everything on television is more lifelike, vivid andreal. Therefore, television is a more convenient and dramatic source of foreigninformation.

Admittedly, newspapers and magazines arealso beneficial for us to inform about some current events in foreign world.Sometimes, we have no more time to watch television, or do not accumulateenough money to take a trip. In these cases, reading newspapers and magazinesis another alternative which is comparatively cheap. For example, I am accustomedto reading newspaper during the breakfast; isn’t it so comfortable to nibble ata piece of bread and scan some headlines of international news or some gossipsabout a foreign star at the same time?

In conclusion,although newspapers and magazines do have merit to demonstrate us a littlecorner of a foreign country, the advantages of television and traveling inexcess of the former form. With the development of economic and technologic globalization,the growing number of modern vehicles has been approaching us. If we still confineour international perspectives to some paper, isn’t it out of step of times?

Therefore,they have been sacrificed so much holiday and spent large amount of timeearning money as much as they could during these years. Through their toughefforts, our whole family achieved the dream eventually. If my parents tookadvantage of most of their money and time to have a vacation, how can I live socomfortable in a huge house now which gives me a sense of satisfaction aboutthe high quality of life?


Furthermore, a job with less vacation represents a positivelife attitude. This view can easily be explained. In the long run, too much resttime will undermine one's enthusiasm of working. Under normal circumstances,these people have been accustomed to the lifestyle and environment without any competitionor pursuit of promotion. As time passes, their personality even may betransferred, because too much joy sometimes like a slow poison, which will makepeople addict to it and cultivate a negative attitude towards life. In modern society, with the development oftechnology, increasing number of people highlight the importance of health andenvironment. Especially some governments have regarded the environmental issuesas crucial as economy. However, from my perspective, health-care issues undeniablyare supposed to be paid more attention.

To begin with, health symbolizes happiness.For example, my grandparents now are more than seventy years old, persisting runningand climbing mountains every day. Because of possessing healthy body, they havea positive attitude towards life; because of possessing a positive attitude,they could obtain more enjoyment. To my parents, they could be given morerelief and free from running around between home and hospital back and forth aslong as elders are of health. Hence, due to their health, our whole family havea chance to lead a life with happiness and concordance.     

Furthermore, healthy citizens alsorepresent that a government is highly competitive. The reason is evident;youngsters who are healthy have more strength to make contribution to a companyand society. I cannot imagine how a sick person can concentrate his efforts onworking. Even though he is so conscientious that complete the leader's task intime, who can assure the quality? On the contrary, we can dispel our misgivingsconfronting a healthy person who is full of vitality Therefore, a government whodesires to exalt a nation's competence should top the healthy issue in thelist.  

Admittedly, environmental problems cannotbe ignored simultaneously. Because being healthy also depends on surroundingsoutside. Assuming we are living along a river, which has been polluted. Everyday we are compelled to take in the foul smell which cannot be tolerated. Dayby day, even though we are healthy physically, the smell can make us crack up.Certainly, by the reason that environment only one of detriments that have animpact on human, health-care issues affect people in more respects.

In conclusion, it is health-care issuesthat make a comprehensive influence for people; furthermore, whether a governmenthas a potential competence, significantly, depends on whether the citizens leada healthy life. Therefore, governments have no reason to weaken the position ofhealthy-care issues.
