Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary but less vacation time.

The concept that work is more stressful and less leisurely than the time before is somewhat widely accepted, and people who sharing the belief in it assert that a low pay job with more vacation time will benefit them more than one with a high salary but less leisure time. However, as far as I see, it is not wise for us to choose the second one if the opportunity of job option visit us. The reason I hold my opposition can be examined by the excuses which are most frequently hear in the positive views.

First of all, with more vacation time, the work efficiency can be spurred in the best way. It is indisputably that a more relaxed work environment contributes greatly to the promotion of work efficiency, and both the companies and their employees should pursue it. Nonetheless, enlarging the leisure time and reducing the working hour does not means a better working environment for the employees. For example, the workers who been allowed more free time to do their own things, he may prefer to do a part time job instead of making a vacation because their income have been cut and the entries of pay out increased. In that sense, people also get no chance to relax themselves by the extra vacation time.

For another, people should work to born instead born to work. That the living philosophy tells us that spending your time not only on work but other things can make a more valuable life. I support it in one hundred percent. While, can it been achieved by shortening the work hours and increasing the vacation time? I do not think so. Take a simple example to make a analysis, for a programmer, who works five days (40 hours) per week, he may appreciate his job hours because they can ensure he will enjoy a perfect weekend with his family or friends with a sustainable income as the backbone. Now, if his working hours are less than before he will care some financial problems of the weekend during his working time. In that way, both job and vacation time means nightmare to him.

Although shortening the working hours and make it lower than a normal level is not a wise decision both for the employers and employees, it does not means that we should refuse the vacation time. According to different job schedule, the vacation hours should be fixed to a reasonable value. And the worst case is working with full hour in order to earn more money, which is very harmful for both the individuals and society. Just ad the old saying goes, “ All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.

To sum up, the significance of the vacation hours can never be ignored in any way; however, it can also should not be aggrandized to a unreasonable value, which would do harmful for us to realizing our value of life philosophy.

Few issues are likely to provoke widespread concern as involving the potential mistakes about the kids’ education. The concept that children should be shaped in difference according to their distinguish characteristics is somewhat wildly accepted, and people sharing the belief in it assert that children could only study math and science if they are more suitable to be a scientist in the future. As far as I see, all the courses should be imposed on younger school children for the following when taking into consideration of the both personal integrity and intelligence development.

The first reason that children should accept a wide education is that every person should be cultivated in an overall way when they are young. Even though children may get their own preference, the integrated knowledge can help them to realize the world which they will engage their intelligence in the future in a whole view. For instance, both the theory of the rainbow and the skills how to draw the beautiful bow on a piece of paper should be managed by younger school children.

Secondly, other accessorial courses such as art, music for kids who interest in science or math or science for one prefer art are necessary. In the first place, all the subjects are related with each other, and make integrated realization of each of them can do helpful to make an achievement for our own major. For example, machine engineers always make some inventions by imitating the action of animals, so it is the radar and aircraft. And for another, people who learn more about all the subjects would have a higher probability to make a progress in their field than others. The most famous is the story of Albert Einstein and Planck. Both of them are nature scientists but they both interest in the music.

Although there are many reasons that we should make children try to learn more during their childhood, it does not means the more the better. That because there must be some free time left during their childhood. Just as the old saying goes: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

To sum up, the importance of the integrated education should not be ignored by the parents or teachers who prefer to reject some courses for children because they hold that younger school boys and girls should focus on the courses they interested in if they dream to be scientists or dancers in the future. However, it should be acted as the ensuring of leisure time of those kids.

Movies and televisions are popular because people are great watchers. They like to watch other people’s lives even though a majority of films and TV play series are fictional/imaginative in respect that they thirst for colorful and varied types of life in the depth of their hearts. In this case/under these circumstances, should a director or dramatist weave a plot and design its final regarding baddy will be rewarded and yet hero will be punished? The answer is definitely no! Why? This essay will discuss why movies and televisions should always be the same ending that good people are being rewarded and bad people are being punished.

First of all, it is an undeniable fact that mass media including movies and televisions have affected the totality of our lives. They are facts of life for today’s people, especially children. Hence these mass media should be obligated to give a good example to youngsters. In other words, because young children have limited judgment of whether it is good or not, they are so vulnerable to the messages of television that they will take what they seen on television to be reality. In fact, young children have been influenced affirmatively by movies and TV programs which were benefit for them. Parents also are happy to see this situation that their children could receive positive mental education. As a Director, certainly has to think about his/she story more carefully for the future generations.

Furthermore, on the deepest level, what is the essence of movies and televisions? I still remember a famous director answers thus: No only do they bring joy or sadness to us, but they are also used to promote social harmony as well as people’s good hope. Indeed, this everlasting pursue constitutes the very force that has propelled human civilization forward in the course of human history. There are lots of movies worth mentioning, as far as I am concerned, the movie last battle as a stimulus always inspires me to become a brave man and strive for justice because in this film the hero attained sweet love of his life and gained high respect of his fame by fighting with enemies in the end. So I cannot imagine that teleplays and movies had such wanton ending that good people without award even were being punished, whereas bad person were being rewarded. I think this would pose a great threat to social moral, even worse result in crime.

In conclusion, because movies and televisions have a great influence on the way people talk and think, they must direct people in the right social attitudes and moral believes. Thus that those stories displaying on the screen should always show audiences good person would be rewarded and evildoer would be punished is necessary/essential to social stability and progress of mankind.

Eventhough there may be one two disadantages of doing part-time jobs, theadvantages are far outweigh them. The part-time job experience is very preciousfor school students. First but foremost, by joining part-time jobs, thestudents has an excellect opportunity to develop their interpersonal skills.For instance, he or she should learn to make a good communication with boththeir boss and colleagues firstly. With this kinds of skills, the students willhold a more favorable place in the future job market than students who nevertaking part-time jobs. Anotheradvantages for students to take part-time jobs is that students can be teached howto live their lives independently. For example, when the students spending themoney which they eran as the salary from part-time jobs, they often feel morethan a students who use their parents’ money only. Some students even cansupport their tution fee by their incomes, which is not surprised in oursociety.

Tosum up, although I agree that there may be a couple of diadvantages with thepart-time job for school students, I feel that the advantages are more remarkable.By taking part-time job, the stuidents can learn many thing which they cannotget in the school classes. Therefore, it is a wise option of students to dopart-time jobs when the opportunities visit them.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Movies and TV programs made in one’s own country are more interesting than those made in other countries.

The foreign movies attract more attention of the public in the recent year because of the exoticism they impressed. Honestly, the foreign films are more attractive not only because of the different culture they reflected but also the great visual efficiency presented by the advanced technology. However, I still hold that the movies which make in our own countries are more interesting for the following reason.

Most important of all, the native films fit the local people best. Firstly, the films which can be best understood are the ones which made in our own country. For example, as the language problem, people are usually more likely to enjoy a film which is created in their mother language rather than others. And some jokes can only joke some native speakers who are very familiar with the domestic culture.
Secondly, the native videos also present the native culture and custom best. Also because the native directors have been effected by the culture of the own country, their films can be accepted more easily than others. For instance, although with a grand sense, and even attracting more eyes, local people still get confused by the film “Avatar” because some value and ethic elements it presented cannot be read by them who get a different culture background from the film.

Further more, the films which made in our own country usually be created by the local actors and actresses most, which making them more likely interest by the local audiences. Although there are more and more international film stars appear in our view, the native stars still play a more important role. Besides, the native films star can usually reflect our own culture most. Therefore, the films they acted can be best understood by their local audiences.

However, the foreign movies are also unnecessary for our modern society. As the development of the globalizing, more foreign elements occupy our modern space. The foreign films, in my opinion, which always combine the exoticism including the foreign language, foreign eating habit and others, are the significant means for the native people to realize the outside world.

To sum up, both the films made in other countries or in one’s own country are indispensable for us, while the native ones may be more interesting for us because people usually get more accustom to the culture of their own country most.

For example, before we learn to write a technology paper, some notices and rules your teacher gave to you can introduce you into this area which is new for you. And with the guided advices from the forerunners, your work can be run in a more efficient way. However, if you decide to complish the paper with yourself in the beginning, you should spend more time on finding out the methods how to orgnize your article, the way how to search the referenceds for your paper, even you would spend more time and energy on choosing a simulation tool.
