【i原文】he earth has witnessed that temperature rise more rapidly than ever before, thus resulting the rise of the leve of the oceans threatening the lives of some residents of islands and cities near the sea all over the world. The sky has been suffering the extreme burning of the sun for decades, and the hole of ozone leads to more skin disease while it adds pain to our common mother, earth. And......

Recent years has seen more and more global problems, which result in the the unrest of the whole human society. It is high time, that every country offer its effort to support the development of one or more global university, which enable students to solve the world's most persistent social problems.

As the global problems respect no countries' boundaries, no countries can be exclusive. As the globalization, the relation of countries has been knitted in the
same web, by the frequent communication in all respects. Severe disasters, are never limited in one
country, or one continent, like it was in the past. All the benefit of the countries are linked in the same line. So all nations have no choice but to cooperate, or wait for the common tragedy.

In order to sovle the global pesistent social problems, calling for the understanding of the culture, mores, natural condition of every nation, we need the a global university teach students the knowledge no provided in any other single country. For example, in order to control the spreading of AIDS, which has been the symbol of death around the world, we should take the conditions of AIDS, such as the mutation of the virus, in all countries. Without a global view, it is possible to control, even eliminate AIDS, in one contry, but impossible to exroot it in world range^. In sum, we need the global university broaden the horizon of our students to overcome these problems.

What's more, as the development of technology and science, the distance of people has been shortened to "few seconds in the Internet or the cell phone".There will be one day the most persistent of the social problems turns to accepting all people, whatever color and nation as a whole, residents of the earth. The development of global university offer us a chance to adapt the trend, to understand the different culures, values as an integrity of harmony. This is a just a start.

However, nowadays, as the ^ various degrees of the development of different countries, it set the obstacles to cooperate. Some developing countries perhaps don't have enough money to support the global univeristy which will result the unfair outcome of it. And some developed contries may force the university to pay more attention to their concerned issues with the price of extra financial support. It is indeed a problem, however, like U.N, with the understanding of the trend of world, I have a dream one the global univeristy will be built by the hands of all of us.

In, sum, it's necessary to support the development of a global univeristy.
