TPO1:
In the listening material, the lecturer holds the opinion that 4-day policy, which means the employees working 4 days a week, has negative influence on both the company and the employees. While in the reading material, this policy is supported.
According to the lecturer, the 4-day policy will casue the company to additional huge amount of additional costs. Since the employees have one more day weekly, the company have to hire more workers. the new workers need training, medical security that will definitely increase the company's financial burden. However, the reading thinks that one more day to rest will help the employees become rested and alert, and they will make less eroors which benefit the company.
Next, Since the hiring new members cost lots of money, the company will increase the expectation on the 4-day employees, and this results in mroe workloads on them. Employees won't feel reseted and alert as said in the reading, on the contrary, they will be forced to do what should be done in 5 days.
Finally, the difference between the lecture and the reading passage concerns the life and work quality of the policy on the individual employee. the lecturer supposes that the 4-day emloyees will be company's prior groups to fire. Futhermore, they have fewer chances to get promoted, especially in management position. Because the company will only be in supervised in 4 days a week. While in the reading material, under this police the employees are able to sapre more time to stay with their families and pursue own interests.

In the listening material, the lecturer hold the opinion that teamwork birngs about negative effect both on company and individual, which differs from what the reading conveys.
First, because of people working in a group, the lecturer says, team is responsible for the project, so individual contributions wll be ignored while only whole team's behavior will be judged. The team member wont' have much better chance to "shine".
Second, the difference between the lecturer and the reading focus on working efficency and creations. the reading says that since a team of people has a wider vision of knowledge and the risk of making an creative decision can be spreaded by each member, the team is able to make quick and creative dicisions.
This contradicts the listening material a lot. the lecturer finds that because of the influential people in the team, the dicision is usually depends on those people. In additon, a team has many a different member which makes it a long time to meet the agreements.
In a nutshell, all of this  leads to low efficiency of the company and risky conditions of the individual bacause once the decision proves to be wrong, the punishment will be spreaded on every member though the decison is made by a few influential people.

In the listening material, the lecturer argues that the Chevalier's memoir should be reliable. However, the reading cast doubt on the accuracy of the memoir.
First, the lecturer holds different view with the reading on whether the Chevalier was rich. The reading shows the evidence that he borrowed large amount of money from a merchant, which indicates the Chevalier was not that wealthy. While the lecturer explains that most of his wealth needs being sold and converted to money, so he has to make a loan in order to participate in party and gambling while wating his estates coming into money. Thins shows he leads an abundant life.
Second, the reading doubt the accuracy of the conversation with Voltaire the Chevalier records in his memoir. because the memoir was finished many years after the talk happened. The lecturer offer the evidence which contradicts the reading directly that the Chevalier make notes everytime after the conversation, so he compose the memoir referring to his old notes and diaries.
Last, the reading says that the Chevalier is more likely to connect friends in Venice to bribe jailers to free him. However, the lecturer argues that many prisoners in that notorious prison at that time had even more powerful political friends than he did, but they fail to escape the prison. In addition, a government document shows that after the Checalier's escape, the jailer had the prison's ceiling repaired, which matches what the Chevalier said in his memoir that he evade by making a hole in the ceiling.

TPO9:
In the listening, Though the lecturer admit that oil is finite and polluted which is mentioned in the reading, she casts doubts on the reading in the point that hydrogen-based fuel-cell engines will replace petroleum-based internal-combustion engines.
First, the lecturer says hydrogen is difficult to obtain. It's expensive to build a pure liquid station which produce liquid hydrogen in a rough condition of -253 centigrade degree. This extreme-cold requirement makes liquid hydrogen hardly available. However, the reading underlines that hydrogen is able to be obtained from large ranges of resources including water.
Next, the difference between the lecturer and the reading concerns whether hydrogen-based fuel cells are polluted. The reading believes that water is fuel-cell engines' only by-product. While the lecturer points out that although this kind of car don't contaminate the air, the plant which produces the hydrogen will do harm to the environment because the fuel needs much energy and the plant has to burn lots of coal and oil to generate the energy hydrogen needs.
Last, according to the reading material, fuel-cell engines are economic for they are more efficient than the traditional one. While the lecturer contradicts this opinion by saying that it's expensive to buy a fuel-cell engine since it needs rare dear material to produce, this material will cost a lot before people enjoy the efficiency.
