Dear Mr. or Ms,
I was a passenger of the MU 625 airline (24/08/2010). I think I have left my laptop in the cabinet, and I am just wondering if you can check whether anyone has found it.
My laptop is a black Fujistu, 16 inches in size. It is a quite old one, and surface of it is a bit worn-off. It was kept in a black laptop bag, with the power supplies, keyboard, and mouse. I think I may have left the laptop just under my seat, which is 36A.
I am so desperate to find my laptop back, since I can’t afford losing it. All of the important data for my work stored in it, and some of those important data was not backed-up in other place. I would highly appreciate if you could find it for me. That’ll definitely save my life.

Task 2: Many people complain about stress from the workplace. What should the employer do to reduce the stress and what should workers do. Use your own experiences.
Many people today are suffering from huge stress from the workplace. The thing is, we are living in a highly competitive society where effectiveness is emphasized so much that sometimes the human ethics comes the second.
This unhealthy situation has to be remedied through the efforts of both employers and employees.

In my view, the employers have the responsibility to help their employees release from extensive stress. Employers have to give break time for their employees during work to avoid too much stress from continuously working. Additionally, employers may also consider the ability of their employees when assigning tasks to avoid burden their employee too much both physically and mentally. Further, psychological consultants can be hired to provide advice and help the employees to deal with the working stress properly.


On the other hand, working stress is sometimes inevitable, and the employees need to learn how to deal with theses stress. Employees can visit the psychological consultants when they felt too much stress, and follow proper advices the consultants gave. They could also try to do some sports or develop some hobbies such as Yoga or gardening, so that they can get fully relaxation during off-work time.



Concludingly, the employers and employees should cooperate in reducing the extensive working stress, which may bring more efficiency, and a healthier working environment of the company.
