Education will be truly effective only when itis specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of eachstudent.

It is a universaltruth that education is a crucial factor in an individual's whole life, sinceit probably determined what kind of person you will end up with. That's why somany people pay a great amount of time and money in order to acquire a goodeducation. But the agreement of the best way to give instruction hasn't beenreached yet. There is a opinion stating that an effective education should bedesigned specifically to meet every individual's interests. However, Ipersonally tend to believe it won't make sense.

it's no doubt thatinterest is the best teacher. As long as something is attractive to you, youwill get the motivation and passion to study it, no matter how boring and uselessother will think. And that is the reason why we got brilliant people spenttheir entire life in fields such as history and philosophy. However, interestis not everything. It works only in condition that you have learned diverse andbasic subjects.

First, it'sdifficult for students to find out what they are truly interested in.  Even some adults are not capable of figuringout this question, not to mention these native teenager students. Besides,young people's attention changes all the time. Maybe a student's favorite subject is drawing now, but a couple of weekslater he or she gets tired of it and quit for something new. In this case, theywill never fully master any kind of skills. Cause they are lack of a long termand systemic study plan to really understand the essential of the course.

Second, the specificeducation program requires too many expense and teachers to be established. Thebudget of government will increase dramatically. Because they need to employ alarger number of teachers to meet the special demand of every single student.Since not every teacher are competent to give instruction of different courses.Thus, Other Public services such as health organizations and publictransportation may run into problems due to the decrease of budget plan. And itdefinitely will lead to a lower quality of people's life.

Third, studentscannot learn all the abilities widely used in daily life, for example how toget along with people.  It's catastrophicthat even graduated students don't know basic manners to interact with people.What's more, they are likely to be totally ignorant when it comes to the fieldsnot appealing to them, which will embarrass both themselves and the educationalminister in our country.
