127"Facts are stubborn things. They cannot be altered by our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions."
这篇感觉有点怪，如果同意FACTS是不变的，就不好写~~
我只写了一部分，请大家来看看这个思路行不行。 谢谢！

Before we discuss this issue, let us first make it clear what "fact" is. Generally speaking, "fact" is something real, somethin existed or something that has happened, on this superficial level, we will get the eassy conclusion that the "fact" is steady, unchangeable and everlasting. However, once we drill deeper into the plausible concept. we shall find that these so-called facts is not as pure or objective as we granted them to be when at the first glance: when one come to a "fact", whether it is a stone or a event, as soon as we see or hear or touch it, we have indispensiblely associated it with some of our ingrained mind, we have subconciously given the "fact" a definetion or description due to our own knowledge and background. In this way, what the "fact" is depend greatly on it's observers. So, the cognition of its character is under the limit of the time and space and the scope of the observers' perspective, it is alterable, let's make it clearer below.

First let us take the progress of astronomy as an example.

the fact changed alone with the progress in the field of science and technoloy.

Secondly, fact is also alterable accoding to the individuals attitudes, (同样半杯水，两个人的反应)

Admittedly, there are some things we couldn't change or deny, for example, we won't say that we could eat stone or that USA is the poorest country in the world. But also, those fact are not of our most concern. Those fact we really care about, more time than never, is changeable.  such as when you say:"you are wrong" "your work is of no value" "you can't create a man without a mother and father" "there is no other creators in this univers"........

我觉得不错啊。你的立意已经出来了。完全可以按照这个写下去. 给你再补充得清晰一点:不变的是fact, 变化的是人们的认知手段和心智水平,或者还有风俗习惯\文化禁忌等等。或者，再深入一层,你可以提出这个论点"fact的内核是不变的，而内核之上的表象却往往因为种种原因而变化." 围绕这个中心, 你可以展开论述了。

其实我觉得这是个哲学思辨味道很浓的题目。我们是一直接受唯物论的哲学教育长大的，但是西方的青年可不一定. 他们照样可以信仰唯心论或者别的什么. 以我们脑子里现有的哲学修养，大概也只能赞同这个观点了。否则还得去看大量的书，才能从反面写.

另外，ETS有一篇非常优秀的范文, 让我至今赞不绝口, 它的题目跟你这个几乎是一回事, 叫做the historians are storytellers...........后半句我想不起来了。你自己搜索一下看看。

“fact的内核是不变的，而内核之上的表象却往往因为种种原因而变化”谢谢你的提示，我就是没有把这一点提出来，所以觉得第一段自己每把观点摆明，罗嗦了一大堆。

你所提到的  “ETS有一篇非常优秀的范文”  那句话是在GRE范文里的吗，我在猴歌给出的“ETS官方Issue主题范文36篇”搜索了，好象没有。能不能再给一点线索，感激不尽。
