There is a famous chain: lack of education--lack of competence for job opportunities--heavy burden of life and malnutrition--disease--poverty--lack of education. This is one of the most difficult problems stay unsolved today in many underdeveloped and developing countries and what's more, this is a vicious circle. If it was left alone, things will get worse and worse. From the beginning and the ending section of the chain we can see that it is the lack of education mainly account for the circle thus improving education is right the key to solve the knotty issue.

According to economic principles, capital can generate constant revenues when combined with labor, lands and other elements in the process of production. There is a special kind of capital--human capital, which refers to the knowledge, skill that accumulated through the process of individual's study. This capital functions as the general capital does, that is, through combination with the other elements can bring people constant revenues. Obviously, the accumulation of human capital can help alleviate poverty thus unfold the close circus. Where is the human capital coming from? Yes, the answer is education. Based on our common sense, those relatively highly-paid jobs always require a higher education and more proficient skills. And after several years' application the skill and knowledge within an individual can generate more rewards.

Some may argue that investment can directly bring large number of positions and spur the flourishing of an area, thus investment should be the most important factor in successful development. Anyone won't doubt the super power of investment; however we should make it clear that regions with high sound basic facilities and high quality of residents are more likely to attract investment and only investments plus the proper operation can generate sustainable development to the country.

A country without enough emphasize on improving school is a short-sighted country which can hardly perceive long-term success. On the contrary, history proved how smart those who did so. The best example is Japan, when the world got astonished at the amazing speed at which it recovered from the almost deadly destroy of the atomic bomb and soared to occupy the second largest economic body in the world, it's hard for some people in other parts of the world to imagine this country even use guns to ensure the compulsory education. It is this kind of emphasizes that lead the Japanese to become people of highest praise.

In a nutshell, the finally development of the country is the development of its people. Education undoubtedly plays the vital role in this process.
