In otherwords, some people who are diligent but not very talent in creation may besuitable to do work that is stable, but others who are inherently active andfilled with ambitions, in my point of view, should have more challenge jobs.
It is no doubt that the jobs being high secures will reduce alot of pressure from work and save more time and energy for your spare time.That might be the main reasons for those who choose these kinds of jobs. Withless pressure, people are able to pay more attention to what they are interestedin and spend time with their families as well as the children’s health andstudy. The salary is not so high, but enough for enjoying a normal life. Thisis a life that many people are experiencing currently, full, harmonious but notvery rich.
However, if you are not satisfied with the common andregular life, and in ambition with more exciting experience, the latter type ofjob might be your first choice. More risk, more opportunity.
No one can achieve success without sufferingmore risks than others, because considering more on the problems provides youmore chances on the way of success. Meanwhile the high salary will alsomotivate one’s minds and active one’s potential in creation, which canregenerate high profit conversely. Therefore, it is beneficial for them toaccomplish their ambitions and enrich life experiences.
In summary, I am not in great favor in the announcement thatthe stable jobs are much better than risky ones. It depends on differentindividuals as well as their living goals.

In terms of the topic that whether young people should try different jobs before their long term career, I always hold the positive attitude for the following reasons.
First of all, different jobs have different requirements, which can practice the youth’s adaption ability. Nowadays, as the rapidly development of every aspects of the society, to adjust to the environment has become a significant living capability. You have to master the skills how to adapt to the changes as well as how to prepare for them. For youths or teenagers, they have grown up under the protection of their parents and the schools, which lead to lack of independent and adjusting ability meanwhile. Thus, if they can attempt to various jobs in different circumstances, that must be extremely precious experiences for them to prepare for any changes in their future work.
Also, young people can assimilate more rich working experiences by trying different jobs. As an old saying goes, practice makes perfect. More experiences on job can bring the youths a good commence for the long-term career. A typical example that can substantiate this point involving in my uncle’s experience. After graduated from college in 2000, he chose to be a volunteer teacher in a remote village located in Tibet of China. Life was pretty poor, but he learnt how to keep optimistic in a hard circumstance. Two years later when the teaching life was over, he returned to Beijing and jointed a IT company as marketing management in charge of the sale of new products. Though much more challenges, he made every effort into the work and learnt a lot how to communicate with people - standing on the other’s sites. Now, he has founded his own company and been very confident in his future.  That’s his career. He always told me that it was his experience during these years that made him no fear of any difficulties and concentrate on what he should do. I learnt a lot from my uncle but the most important thing is that I have made my mind to try different experiences before I started my career after my graduation.
As it is generally agreed that more tries supply more opportunities, I always hold the view that the young people can benefit a lot from rich experiences, which is also good for their lifetime career.
