Having jobs with low paying salary and being high secure is better than jobs with high( salary but being easy to lost


Which kind of job you would prefer: the one with low salary, but high secure, or the one with high salary, but unsecure? For me, I choose the latter. Some people claim, secure is the essential factor they care about. However, in my view, compared with high salary, stability could be overlooked.

Admittedly, there is no denying that stability plays one of key roles in the process of choosing jobs for parts of people. Particularly, some people would regard the stability as the most important factor. There is a concrete example. In China, to find a secure job lots of students give up the opportunities-getting a high-salary job in big company, but look for a secure job in government with low-salary. Understandably, for these people, they have found their dream jobs.

However, from personal perspective, high salary would be prior to the stability when I am choosing my job. Consider the pursuit of looking for a job. A satisfied salary would be the final goals. In some cases, high salary means high quality of life. You can afford what you want and pay for the cost in daily life. A survey for one of the biggest portal, ifeng.com, indicates that above 75% people pay a great deal of attentions on the situation of salary rather than that of stability. Under this circumstance, I can conclude that the position of high-salary overweight that of stability for most of people.

Lastly, when it comes to the problem of security, only does unsecure job bring disadvantages? The answer is negative. Returning the example noted above, since if you want to quite the official job in government there would be so many processes and documents you have to deal with, while unsecure job means changing job easily. In this situation, people even could have a series of choices involving their jobs, ranging from the time and location, to the partner and boss. Just like one of my good friends, Li. He always enjoy the job which can get and quite easily. So if out of work, he can use the free time to travel, or find a new job to make new friends and ample his experience. Generally, for lots of people, unsecure jobs would bring sorts of advantages which overweight the disadvantages.

Summarily, as for the stable environment brought from secure jobs, I can understand the reason that people prefer it. However, considering people’s special need and its high salary, I totally support that people should choose the job with high salary and unstable position.
