Have you ever enjoy the pleasures of challenging jobs? Have you ever increased family income by extra jobs to avoid the pressures of daily life? Have you regretfully told your children that it took too much money to go on a vacation but you wish you could? If you have never had such experiences, you would never know how important a challenging job with high salary is?

Nowadays there is growing awareness that challenging and unstable jobs could provide the long-term impetus and inspirations. to be competent at these jobs, employees need keep learning new skills and try to improve their abilities of
meeting threats. They can not only renew their knowledge, but also enjoy the pleasure of competency for challenging jobs. Base on the statistic provided by Employment Service Center, during the time 2009 and 2010, eighty-two percents of employees, especially new graduation and young workers, would like to choose challenging and unstable jobs with high salary, one participant said” these jobs provide me with enormous knowledge and help me make adequate preparations for future developments". This case is not rare, in reality, most of my friends and classmates all like to choose such jobs.


Another equally important aspect is that high salary can reduce the pressure of daily life. Most of employees need support their family, the monthly expenditure of one family is more than two thousands RMB in China. For example, they need spend money on daily necessities, educational outlay of children and housing loans. Therefore, without high salary, employees must contrast their expense and the overwhelming pressure of people’ lives would indeed increase, Eventually, their quality of life will decline.

Last but not the least is that high-salary jobs provide us opportunities to enjoy family life. I always constantly urge myself on to work hard and never complain about the labor intensity. because i have a dream, i hope one day i can buy a car and take my parents to travel to the Heilongjiang
province where they have been longing for all the time .my parents are working too hard for me, i want to lighten their burden and give them pleasure. So i would like to choose high-salary job, If i take a job with low paying salary, when can i make my dream come true?

Admittedly, stable jobs can give people a comfortable work environment and have more free time. However, a challenging job with high-salary have more valuable merits as more enthusiasm, more economic returns and a happy home life. I therefore reinforce my standpoint to choose challenging jobs with high salary.
