The passage is about the disappearance of Anasazi. It suggests that the Anasazi's disappearance was more likely to be caused by a drought. The lecture, however, can not agree this suggestion.
    First, while the passage gives its viewpoint that the Asanazi may be forced to leave by a sixty year summer drought. The lecture reflutes that in the habbitats, there were some tree have lived for thousands years. If there once was such a serious drought, the tree should dead of it, but no evidences support this.
    Second, the passage states the dams and canals show the shortages of water which the Anasazi once faced. But the lecture argues that the exits of the water storge system indicates that the Anasazi was able to storge the water, it is difficult to image such a group could not cope the drought.
    Last, the passage suggests that the Anasazi were forced to leave because the shortage of food because the artifacts were left by them. Contract to the passage, the lecture states that if it is a migrration. The artifacts would not be left by them. Maybe attacked by others, or some other reasons made the Anasazi to be displaced. Not enough evidences supports the viewpoint of the passage that the Anasazi were displaced by a summer drought.

Today，more and more modern technology were introduced to people in order to improve their lives. They were full of novelty and utility. Some of them were designed for the students. I think they were ratherly efficency for student to take advantage of.
    At first, hi-tech instruments, which designed and tested by scintist, were something attractive to the students. Students are youngsters, they were curiosity. They desire to mast the new equipment. For instance, we all know that the youngsters always appear better on using computer or other digital equipment. So it has a positive effect on a students if he contact the modern technology.
    On the other hand, the modern technology themselve have great advantages. A computer is very good at calculating , and we can easily get resource from it if we got internet connected. A E-ink readers is lighter and smaller than a traditional book, but can store and display more than thousands books. This products of modern technology were designed for modern society. They are more adaptive than old means to learn more information.
    So, from above listed, We can easily draw the conclusion that with modern thechnology, students can learn more information and learn it more quickly. Admittedly, disadvantages of modern technology also exit. But it hard to image that people who only use old technology were correct. I gave the conclusion above.
