With the development of our economy, thereare increasing taxes obtained by governments. So how to deal with them is beingwidely debated. Some people think governments should spend as much money aspossible exploring outer space ,with the currency that the outer space isbecome the significant resource for every country. On the contrary, however, somepeople maintain that governments should expense money raised from their citizenson our basic needs ,to fulfill their duties to serve people. In my opinion ,Iargue that governments should throw money into our lives, rather than squanderthem out of the earth.

First of all , one of the most essentialobligations for governments is to satisfy people's needs ,to make them livemore conveniently and comfortably. Only when enough money are taken on somebasic facilities just like public education ,public transportation ,public consuptionsand so on ,can the demands of people meeted. When a country has no highlevel-education system ,there can not be enormous numbers of talents to supportthe series of actions to send a satellite out of space .Inversely, when enoughmoney are used in public education ,more talented people will contribute to thedevelopment of exploring the universe, and meanwhile can save lots of money andtime .

Second，it is commonly accepted that mostof the countries except a few countries are not capable to throw so much moneyon the outer space technology ,as the technology is swallowing money when it isapplying.And at the present view, the exploration to outer space can creatfew profits in a short circle.So when governments have a limited money ,it isnot a wise dicision to use them on outer space.People always do the thingswhich shoud be done mostly. If a person ,even not having plenty money forfood,want to play table tennis to keep fit. he can hardly be satisfied with thefeel of starvation and feel of health.

Inconclusion, goverrnments should to deal with the most needed thing ,the mostimportant thing just like fulfill people’s needs. It is not difficult toimagine that when all the demands from people are meeted , to use money onother things is a natural currency.
