我看了官方的论文的几篇Argument，发现每一篇的写法都不太一样，尤其是开头和结尾。搞得我自己现在都不知道怎么写。
find(spare) adequate time and energy for teaching?
grasp the marrow（essential） of textbooks?
the surgeon in real life could be mean（the surgeon could be mean??）?形容外科大夫对自己的徒弟和下属很不友善？
share the most important quality required in their field 分享在他们的行业的最应该具备的重要品质？
形容竞争者很残酷，都希望把对方杀了？可以这么说吗？the competitors could be ruthless
advanced or job-oriented courses？可以吗？
To some extent, it’s quite dangerous for teachers（对老师很危险？？） to engage in working, for some of them might lost their devotion and enthusiasm to teaching after stepping into the work field, or some of them may not find(spare) adequate time and energy for teaching.
