It is often not a good thing to move to a new city or a new country because of the lose of old friends

who commits it and who gets the true emotion. Although it becomes more flexible to see each other, true friendship will not change no matter how far the distance is between friends. So the opinion that it is often not a good thing to move to a new city or a new country because of the lose of old friends is not totally true.

Purely speaking, moving to a new city or a new country is not a good thing comparatively. It means a new environment people have to adapt to, including a different life style, strange neighbors and even the transportation around your house. But the worst thing may be that people can't see their friends whenever they make a call. It is so convenient that if you forget your key in house, you can go to anyone's home of your friends' instead, where they will treat you as one of their family members if you don’t move. It's warm and touching. Or just like somebody else, like to do homework with friends together because they live closely. They all become impossible when one day you move out where you stay before. Even though there may have better life, it need long time for people to adapt to and then accept.

But, on the other hand, moving to a new city or a new country is just like finding a secret door. Once you step inside, you'll never know what you will find. Maybe different life makes you become more mature. Surprisingly you find yourself have grown up for instance, because you begin to regret quarrelling with your friends before. It is believed that you will talk to your friends with smile for the reason that you discover the importance of friendship when you see him or her next time. In addition, moving to a new place is not so bad as people think. Trying to communicate with unfamiliar people and make new friends is also a challenge for people themselves, especially the introverted ones. Also, having a friend far away from not means the lose of him or her. The other way around, it makes your friendship more valuable.

Apparently, seeing friends cannot be as often as you want after moving to a new city or a new country and you have to go through a period lonely time. But it's good for expanding the scale you have seen before and we all believe that old friends will become forever friends.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For successful development of a country, should a government focus its budget more on very young children education rather than on universities?

Of course we can see young children education everywhere. More and more schools for young children have been built, the flooded children's education programs always come into our eyes when we watch the television. Comparatively, universities are much less than schools for young children. But it doesn't mean universities are less of importance. Other way around, government should focus its budget more on universities.

Apparently, universities are the symbols of high-education, which need more advanced facilities and better environment. A comprehensive university is always built with thousands of exotic trees and flowers because the college students in it need quiet and beautiful environment, which cost large amount of money. On the contrary, all the schools for young children are smaller than universities. It is not necessary to spend so much money on the decoration of environment in schools. Besides, when we walk around the university it's not hard to find some buildings named "library" or "laboratory". They are the places for scientists and students to do work and researches. Of course computers and some technical facilities are there for any requirement. Young children who only start with the primary education, like spelling, recognizing the words or something else don't reach the height to do some researches independently.

In addition, with the increase of competitions in society, university plays an essential role in offering talent genius to society. They contribute a lot and are respected by people around them. We all believe that most of them are graduated from universities where have given them further education. And the colleges studying in universities also help to advance the society. The Shanghai Exposition for instance, nearly almost of the volunteers are picked up from universities. They are responsible for their own duties and make a deep impress on the visits all over the world. People speak highly of them because they make full use of their abilities of communication to show a warm heart of Shanghai. However, young children are not mature enough to do something related to society directly. If the government focuses its budget more on universities, it's no doubt that the benefit will be returned back quickly.

In sum, we can see clearly that government focus its budget more on universities can benefit more than on young children. But that doesn't mean we can ignore the young children education, just give universities an priority and it can make more benefits.
