for future career success,is relate well to other people more important than studying hard at school.agree or disagree?

Different career has much more different definition, what’s meaning career success? I suppose relative well to other people and studying hard at school is difficult to choose what is more important. And these would in different time have different answer.
In a sence, when I was a student,I think career success from studying hard at school has much important than that from relative to other people. Study hard is foundation for future career success, for instance, through of learning we could know much more theoretical knowledge and combination of theory and practice apply to future career. Another,university is a big treasure , it contains endless knowledge for us to study and offer platform for students to discuss with each other, these all could help improve us quality comprehensively. These all will help us in the future career.
On the other hand, when we graduation from university, full of knowledge in our brain. At new job, relative with each other become more important, for example, communication with each other could exchange everyone idea and work together with a thing unlike someone concentration on won working and wouldn’t sharing his idea with each other and wouldn’t receive others opinion the team will not successful.
As to which is source is important, the answers vary. Prepare good foundation for career only through study hard. It is hard to imgine we can have success without studying, on the other hand, a cooperation spirit can only through communication with each other, when we try to make our team become more competitive and stronger, everyone in the team must work together, unity is strength so we should relative well with each other. We all want to successful in the future so we should combination of these two point: relationship and study hard in the school.
