The university I am applying for has a group of outstanding researchers in my field with brilliant ideas and widely cited publications. In particular, I look forward to working with the psychologists who have rich research experience in development disorders, especially RD of Chinese children. Working with vulnerable children, through the Project PASS Cognitive Processes Assessmentand Their Applications in Diagnosis and Intervention of Primary School Studentswith Different Learning Disabilities (supported by Shanghai Educational Science Foundation), greatlyinspires my research interest in exploring the nature of development disorders especiallyattention deficits/hyperactivity disorders (ADHD) and reading disorders (RD). Duringthat period, I was responsible for screening procedures and implementinginterventions. Specifically, I first screened children with dyslexia and ADHDby professional tools. Secondly, I revised cognitive enhancement plan, whichfocuses on phonological awareness and successive coding ability, to be adaptedfor the Chinese language. Then my partners and I implemented the revised plan forkids with reading disorders and/or ADHD. By working in such close contact withchildren with deficits, I gained much first-hand data of ADHD and LD. And theempathy I developed for those children served to strengthen my determination tostudy cognitive disorders on the Ph. D. level.
Also I submitted the initial report for my master thesis, Hot and Cool Cognitive Profiles of ADHDSubtypes.

这句话。。。不明白你想说啥 觉得不通顺 reputation指的是名声 好像不能说是wordwide 而innovative scholarship and proactive leadership又好像不是一个大学出名的原因？或者是我理解错了 没明白你想说啥？

貌似不能说offer a faculty of members 这个很奇怪吧
faculty members who are widely published 貌似publish的宾语只能是文章 不能是人吧 somebody is widely published好像是说那个人本身是被研究的一样。。。

我把这个去了 因为你前面根本没有提到任何challenge 后面也不打算写 无端端地来这么一句感觉很奇怪
