这个是我在我上贴里面说到的那个有美国英国老师修作文的国外论坛上面认识滴一个牛人，考试前一天看到她写的tips，尤其是口语要准备模板这个，我觉得对我帮助还是非常大的。发给大家共同分享一下，希望可以帮助你们找到合适的方法。

Emma是一个保加利亚人，准备去德国，英文只是她的辅助申请。她英文四项是 So, it's 115 total, the result. R29, L30, S28, W28.

I am not quite sure, whether I am the person who should be giving tips, as I prepared myself alone, but here are few:

1) Find a pen friend. Find a person you enjoy talking to ( in English, ofc xD) and talk. He/ She has to be good in English though.

2) Listen to radio programs like BBC. Not only it's extremely helpful, as you memorize new phrases in their natural context, but it's also quite interesting. Audio books and movies without subtitles will do too.
PP: It's a good thing to repeat what you hear, in order to better your pronunciation.

3) Extend your vocabulary. Whenever you read or hear a word you don't know, write it down. Learn the words written down! xD

4) Talk to yourself. This may sound a little bit weird, but it got me through the speaking section. When you talk on your TOEFL, it's weird too, so this way you prepare yourself and become more confident and less scared of talking. Blabble if you wish, just talk. Record yourself to see what's not that great and fix it.

5) For the speaking and integrated writing tasks you have to memorize certain templates as time is not enough to think about that too, when you're taking your test. There are great examples on youtube. Just pick some and memorize.

6) There are great independent essays on this forum. Read them. Sometimes reading one is better than creating your own. Of course, write too. Don't pick only the topics you like and are familiar with.
This is pretty much what I did. I didn't spend that much time or energy on preparation as for me TOEFL is only an addition to my application for Germany.
