IELTS成绩单寄送问题？？急！

赫大master program网申已经填完，IELTS成绩单也请考试中心以“电子成绩单”形式发给UAF了，现在还要做什么？？？需要通知UAF我的IELTS成绩已经发过去了吗？   不懂怎么弄啊~~~~截止日期就快到了，我的申请状态还是没变，依然没开始处理，急啊~~~~

赫大官网上有这样段话：
IELTS
UAF can verify the scores from these tests on an electronic database. The applicant should indicate in the Section 24 of the IELTS registration form that UAF is able to verify the score electronically. The testing centre will then make the score accessible for UAF.
第二句不解是何意？？

我在我的document里面也附上了一份IELTS成绩单的copy~~~~就是不知道还需不需要通知UAF电子成绩已近发出去了
