AIS is the primary method of communication between you and the Admissions office. It is critical that you monitor the status of your file regularly throughout the application process via AIS at applicant.tamu.edu. Functions within AIS are limited until your application for admission has been processed. Once you see a "Processed Date" for your application, you will notice expanded capabilities including a new section titled "Check the Status of Credentials Required For This Admission Application." This section will provide important information regarding the items necessary to complete your application for admission. For questions regarding your application and supporting documents, contact our office using the 'Contact OAR' link at the top right corner of your AIS page.

同样是说的没有奖学金

I am pleased to inform you that you have been admitted to the Ph.D. program in Economics beginning in the Fall of 2011.  At present, this offer of admission does not include an assistantship.  The first year of the program involves the satisfactory completion of 9-13 graduate hours per semester, passing qualifying exams in the summer after your first year, and meeting other departmental progress requirements.  At that time, your funding situation will be reviewed on a competitive basis and there is an opportunity to receive funding for subsequent years in our program.
