However, people have conflicting opinions about whether teachers should talk their social or political views to students in the class or not. I believe teachers can share their ideas about social or political despite some potential problems exist.
Firstly, teachers will have a good effect on students’ value when they talk about their social or political views. As a group of people with relative high qualities, teachers are knowledgeable, have the abilities of independent thinking and possess great characters. So they will have some intelligent opinions about the social or political and this, of course, will have a profound impact on their students. For example, Plato was deeply influences by the teaching of his tutor, Socrates. What Plato got from his teacher was not only the knowledge but also the ideas and value about the society.
Secondly, sharing opinions will show how teachers analyze questions, so students will learn the method of thinking unconsciously from this process. There is no end to learn knowledge, but if students can grasp the techniques of self-thinking they will figure out problems without teachers. And this is the most important thing teacher should give their students.
Admittedly, allowing teachers to talk about political or social views might have some negative effects. Some teachers might have wrong ideas on several questions. If accepted by students, these ideas will mislead students. However, if viewed from another prospective, this can train students’ abilities of judgment. Most teachers can give correct ideas, so faced with conflicted ideas students will gradually distinguish right opinions from wrong.
In all, I believe teachers should share their political and social views although they are some drawbacks.

So faced with the vital moment, everyone is cautious and try his best. However, people are having conflicting opinions about whether young adults should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term. I believe different jobs experience is a good way to help young people make a suitable career plan.
First of all, trying different jobs gives young people opportunities to get enough information of different areas they are interested in. By this way, young people will make their decisions according to personal experience rather than imagination. Maybe we can understand some jobs’ requirements and responsibilities by observation from outside, but there are still many works not showing all their contents to outsiders. Without essential information young people tend to wrongly consider they are fit for a job or not. But if young adults can enter a dream area before the final decision, they can experience the job by themselves, talk with predecessors and really understand the job.
What’s more, it is a good method to find one’s potential and advantage by doing different works. Every job has its own requirement. For example, salesmen should be good at communication and reporters should have strong abilities of observation and writing. During work, young people will find their core competencies and develop it better and better. I still remember when I decided to enter a securities company I didn’t know to be a sale or an analyst, so I tried both of the positions and finally chose the latter one.
Last, having different jobs means young adults will meet various people and situations, which can strengthen personal relationships, improve their flexibilities and make them mature. All of these will help young people able to think clearly and make a right decision.

As a result, everyone, no matter earning a lot or not, should have the ability of managing money and ensure he or she is financial responsible. Nowadays, some people argue that we should learn how to manage money at a young age. I agree. People can begin to develop their money management abilities when young despite some potential problems.

To begin with, learning to manage money at a young age can make it to be a habit easily. I remember that Confucius, the greatest Chinese philosopher and educator, commented, “To form a habit, do it from early age”. If we try to spend money properly and earn some money by ourselves, we will be gradually used to managing money and form such good habit unconsciously which will have a considerable influence on the accumulation of fortune.

Furthermore, people can have a strong ability of money management if they begin to try this at a young age. Earning and spending money effectively is not an easy thing, so it needs a lot of practices and experience. Before a successful investment you may have gone though several failed cases. The recent survey released by a prestigious US research institution, after polling hundreds of people, has found that those who have a relative better fortune begin their money management earlier.

Admittedly, managing money early may have one or two downsides. Though essential, money is not the most important thing in the life. While studying money management at an early age may mislead people and make them take care about money too much to get the real happy life. However as long as parents or teachers can give young people some wise suggestions and help, there will be nothing to be worried about.
