RT，邮件里面有句很经典的Although we currently are unable to act favorably upon your application at this time, our intention is to have a decision no later than April 10, 2011.Thank you in advance for your patience。有没有人收到他们家offer的？

We have made our first round TA offers. We are holding your file in hopes that we can consider your application in a second round, if positions are still available after April 15th.
