We are pleased to inform you that we consider you eligible for participation in the above course. We are
therefore willing to provisionally reserve a place for you on this course, pending either your nomination for
a fellowship and the results of the final and competitive selection meeting, or payment of the course fees.
If you intend to apply for a fellowship, you will require this letter as proof of admission to the course. Since
fellowships are limited, we advise you to search for more than one sponsor.

It is generally necessary to apply for a fellowship several months (even seven to 12 months) in advance of
the course starting date.
The application for a fellowship is a completely separate procedure to applying for the course admission and
