I agree with the statement that one should never judge a person by external appearance. In reality, numerous folks consider that we can not evaluate a person just by exterior. Nevertheless, it is a weird phenomenon that human always pass judgement on someone just by one's out side in some cases. And they illustrate the appearance can express one's character, grade, attitude and so forth. However, it is undeniable that reviewing a folk allround is fairer. It will help us acquaint ourselves with the person specifically, and be close to his or her interior world.



Appearance is just one aspect of a person. There are many ingredients composing a person, such as hobby, character, behaviour and habits. The variety of these elements decide the difference of people. We can know whether he or she pays attention to etiquette and lays emphasis on comment from others through appearance. But if we want to judge a folk externally and roundly, comprehensively acknowledging this person is essential. May be the human who has a good outside, however, he or she is used to stealing things, misleads us if we only criticize him or her by exterior.



But in some situations appearance is the most significant part of judging people, as interview. In a interview, we make comments on the interviewees through their dressing up, behaviours and expressions. All of these are units of appearance. We can know some character of interviewees in the interview, whereas the fairly momentous part in work is the operational capability that only can we know in working. Accordingly, many persons express excellently, unfortunately they are fired by company because of incompetence.



Commonly, on one hand the appearance of folks will not change a lot. On the other hand the inside of persons may have immense change as gaining experiences. For instance, an old friend that you did have touch with him for ten years. When you get together with him after these these years you can find that he is not familiar to you. The experiences that he underwent changed him completely. Consequently beside the familiar outside we definitely don't know anything in interior about him.



From what we have been discussed we may safely come to a conclusion that we can not judge a person by appearance.
