准备的时候不要关注tpo的练习成绩，你要关注的应该是 自身能力的提高，

例如，in reading section, you get familiar with a new sentence structure and maybe you can use it in the writing section;
         in listening section, you virtually comprehend the framework of the conversation or the passage.

  I concieve that if you are able to improve yourself step by step, and realize your improvement, even if slightly, you should not have been so blundering as you are now.

In sum, it's really a head trip to prepare for the toefl examination. Hold on for your dream every day, I am sure it will come true, winkey's horse is a striking example.
