from 1-6 is the documents you should submit to VO when you are interviewed

document 8 is requested by VO because I don't have full scholarship.

following is what I took but useless because VO didn't see them at all

9 Old F2 SEVIS I-20 form issue by University of XXX
10. Old F2 I-20 form issued by University of XXX (with red stamp)
11. Notary of marriage certificate
12. Notary of date birth, parents  
13. Notary of permanent residence  
14. Copy of GMAT and TOEFL score
15. Official transcript and diploma   
16. Copy of driver license
17. Questionnaire
  
Documents of my spouse
1. Copy of passport, F1 visa, and I-94 form
2. Copy of SEVIS I-20  
3. Copy of student ID, driver license, social security number
4. Copy of employment contract
5. Statement of earnings and deduction
