If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

It is always a tough decision for employers to make that which kind of worker he/she prefers to hire, either worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary. People are divided on this issue, someone prefers to hire the former and others prefer the later due to their own different company with different requires. If I were an employer, I think I might prefer an inexperienced worker at a lower salary. Follow this line to my opinions.

The first thing that I want to support my decision is that if the position where less skill required, there is no doubt that the inexperienced workers at a lower salary would be the best choice. The low skill required position could be done by anyone, thus the lower salary the better, which could save quite a fortune for the company. After all, profits comes the first to a company.

More over, we are now living in an era of rapid development of science and technology. My company needs young man with new technology and skills. Young man are the hope of our society, they could bring us fresh ideas that come out from nowhere. No doubt that they could fuel the company’s further development. The entire company might become a brand new company. That might lead us into a well profits company ever than before.

There might come out some query of their inexperienced. From my prospective, no matter how a person’s full of experience, he/she all comes from inexperience. They are easy to be educated and trained to be skilled enough within required time in order to be suitable for their job. Besides, inexperienced worker are tend to enthusiastic on their work. What’s more, during their work, they might bring us unexpected outcomes. They are more likely to be creative.

Admittedly, there is need to worry that the works’ job-hopping, they are more likely to be stable rather than the experience worker.

To sum up, I would like to say, experienced work with high salary are of importance to a company for sure, but general speaking, I still prefer the inexperienced workers, we will never know what will bring us. It’s fascinating.
