请教高手，我的作文这样写跑没跑题

我下月27号考，3月8号考过G的作文后就再也没写过作文，今天第一次重新写，没记时，不会的词查了字典。我觉得还是拿自己写的文章分析后才能明白到底怎么写，所以肯请有时间的高手帮我分析一下这样写行不。这个题目的不明白的地方是我后两个论点跑题没？小女子在此谢过了！！

It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer

Establishing a new restaurant in my neighborhood where not enough restaurants stand is a good idea and that would definitely offer convenience as well as delicious dishes which are different from home-cooked food to the residents.

To start with, it would be a necessity to build a new restaurant here. For one thing, there are only two restaurants near my community and the features of dishes there are quite similar—both mainly offer snacks and fast-food. Therefore, we really feel like a new restaurant that can provide something different to satisfy our appetites. For another, the existing two are too small to serve the relatively large number of consumers at rush time.It is a common scene that many people stand in the restaurants waiting for seats, and even worse, sometimes waiters hasten people to eat quickly so that they could serve next consumers and that quite discomforts many people. For that reason, a new one would definitely reduce the load of those two restaurants. Also, a new restaurant would surely intensify competition and consumers would enjoy much nicer service.

Secondly, building a new restaurant would offer convenience to residents in the neighborhood. Take my experience for example: when I have no time to prepare food for myself, I would call the restaurant to order a takeaway and save the cooking time for more important things. Also there are times that I do not feel like to cook, since many trivial works have to be done when preparing a meal as well as washing after a meal is formidable to me. Therefore, going to restaurant would be a good choice for me. What is more, sometimes I want to have a get-together with friends but my house is not big enough and the preparing time is so long that many dishes go to cold when all dishes have been done. Once again, going to restaurant saves me from all those problems.

At last, we can enjoy some new kinds of delicious and special food in a new restaurant. In effect, specialized cooks usually can make more delicious dishes, plus that restaurants have utensils and methods that are not common in household kitchens. For example, barbecue restaurants usually use coal fire to broil meat, which could make meat more delicious. However, due to potential danger and the dust and smoke it produces, one would never use such method in a household kitchen. In addition, different restaurants season food in different ways, so one can only taste certain food at certain restaurant. Therefore, a new restaurant would offer some new specialties to the dwellers here to enjoy.

In conclusion, the lack of adequate restaurants in the community, the convenience and the new pleasures for our stomachs that a new restaurant would offer, make it well recommended to build a new restaurant in my neighborhood.
