题目：Do you agree with the following statement? People holding different views cannot achieve success as a team.

Everyone in the team works together and shares sorrow and happiness since they always have the same goal to achieve success. When encounter a problem, they discuss with each other and come up various solutions. Then each approach will be carefully analyzed with its merits and shortages and members will finally select the best one or make a compromise. During this progress, there is often this circumstance that someone always takes the opposition and he is easily considered to be someone who is unharmonious and will not get success. However, I still think that a team really needs someone like that and someone like that may be more success than others.

For a team, I think it really needs a person who holds different views. For instance, when the team got a task or a problem, the first thing for them to do is to search for the materials about it and make their own ideas and solutions. When they took out their project, everyone was confident in their solution and thought it was perfect but indeed they may ignore some key points. However, if a person with cool brain can scrutinize the project carefully and even point out some faults. That would help the team avoid some unnecessary troubles or lost or help them reach the destination more directly. Because I think a real good team is one that lets its members to present different opinions and others are willing to accept them or even make a concession. Finally they put out a well-discussed project and get a success, what they receive is not only just on the economy but a better understanding of their mates and the reliance on them. It is more important for a team to develop rather than get a success.

Also, as an individual, I think he should equip a critical thinking, never accept an idea easily or refuse it absolutely. Because in a team, it needs a person to lead the team and have the responsibility for it. This person is not someone to make everyone happy but can guide them by right means. And this can make him outstanding from others and can easily be appreciated by his manager. It could be an opportunity for him to prompt up. Then I will say this behavior makes him more easily success than others. His advantages are shown during this situation especially his wisdom. Even this person may be not the best or the cleverest among workers but his ability to hold the whole situation is a basic requirement of a leader or a successor and his shortages can be compensated(弥补) by his team. So the person like that has more chances to get success.

Additionally, I have to admit that someone with opposite ideas may make others feel boring or even they will isolate him or expel him out of the team but if he can explain his intention well to his mates and let them know he has no offence. I think a rational one will more likely to work with this person. It is also a chance for them to check themselves and really a process to improve oneself. It is an interaction which is benefit for both sides.

Overall, I will reiterate my view that a team needs such a person who can shout out a team's errors and endure others' scoffs can help it form a good working atmosphere and make it have more competitiveness and one with that character will have a great mind to success. You know what I mean--independence but never separation or isolation.

Every person is a single union of the society and the gathering of them consist of the government and nation. To some extent, the problem they face is also the challenge to the country, however, when the problem relates to personal enthusiasm(emotion) they will get help from their friends or family instead. So in my opinion, who we ask for when we encounter difficulties depends on the problem itself.

To start with, it is the responsibility of country to help its people to get out of the hard time and secure their safety or rights when someone intents to infringe. What's more, some problems can be only solved by the government, for instance, the war between two countries, weapons are controlled by the government and they should fight for freedom for its people and never let the invaders to occupy the land or their culture. Also the government is the representative and only the government has the ability and right to negotiate with the world to get a peaceful environment for well developing. You can take the Second World War as the example. Another thing I want to say is that the law is drafted by country and only they have the ability to fulfill it when people's rights are despoiled such as the food safety, the fair opportunities for people to employ or even the basic living rights. So you see above, the problem can not be dissolved by people themselves and we should depend on country.

Another thing that we can't solve by ourselves in the country is the living environment. Because we hand out much tax to government and what they need to do is to ameliorate the condition we live in. Such as build the roads, set up more parks and provide more instruments for people to develop their physics health and offer more places to enhance citizen's spiritual level. All will need a lot of money and should be well projected. Just depend on personal viewpoints are not only a waste of time with low efficiency but also hardly to get an unify. If this dissatisfaction accumulates for a long time, it will definitely shake the stabilization of the country. So it is the problem needs the country to compromise.

Although our government has so many abilities, they will do little help on personal emotional problems. At this time, it is better for us to turn to our relatives and friends because they know more than any other communities or organizations. They may be more willing to be a good listener to our difficulties such as the lovelorn or the quarrelling with family members and provide us solutions sincerely. If we ask for help from the governments, I admit they will give their hands but they may not deal with them in time or may increase the difficulty. So under this circumstance, families and friends is the first choice than others.

In sum, different problems turn to different people. Never pretend to be bravados or be a useless person, then all problems will be solved easily and what we need to do at last is to enjoy the happy life in harmony.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Working at home using computers or telephones is better than working in the office.

It totally changes the traditional conception of working place since the computers and telephones came into being. Some people prefer to work in home rather than at office since it is convenient for them to arrange their time and enjoy a more comfortable working environment. However, I still stick to agree with that we should work at office.

To start with, it is really at office offer us a working atmosphere because lots of our workmates are engaging in the hard affairs and how can we leave behind? That will encourage us to compete with them in order to finish the task better and faster. Also office is an open place that allows us to share work experience with our mates and when we encounter problems, it is easy to turn to them for help. The manager can also supervise his employees more directly and it is said that under someone's supervise people would perform better. That's all working at home cannot be comparable.

Second, not all work which will use telephone or computer is suit to work at home. For instance, if you are a secretary, you need use computer to deal with what your boss hands you and then arrange the workers with telephone or even face to face but how could it be done if you are at home. When you want to print some profiles, need you buy a printer at home and pay for a high electric fee at the end of the month? If you still say yes, do not you think that it is more respectful or necessary to talk with others face to face which can let people see your sweet smile and feel warm rather than hear the cold and simply voice?

Although I have to admit that working at home really have such a convenience for us on many aspects. We can lie down on the bed, drink the cool beverage and even work when we are bathing or on the toilet. But we should also consider our family members and work efficiency. The manager cannot evaluate the workers and when pay for them the bonus, it is harder for him to decide who deserves and workers may have lots of complains because none of them know whether they really do their best at home. However, work at office can avoid all these unnecessary problems.

Overall, work is such a strict thing that needs no errors or mistakes approximately and work at office also helps to develop a positive work environment which can prompt the company up always. At the meanwhile, we also receive a lot of friendship. So I cannot find other reasons to persuade me not to work at office.
