The company at which Mark is employed has 80 employees, each of whom has a different salary. Mark's salary of $43,700 is the second-highest salary in the first quartile of the 80 salaries. If the company were to hire 8 new employees at salaries that are less than the lowest of the 80 salaries, what would Mark's salary be with respect to the quartiles of the 88 salaries at the company, assuming no other changes in the salaries?

C the second-lowest salary in the second quartile

80个人，薪水从低到高排列，分成4组
Mark本来是第一组里的第二高薪，也就是在第一组里排第19（因为排序是从低到高）
来了8个薪水更低的，原来他是19/80，现在变成27/88
同样分4组，他变成了第二组里的第五位，即第五低薪

4# yangson1125 答案中有lowest salary，所以从low的salary排，我估计是
我发了email给一个国外的同学，他是这么给我解答的：
1st quartile = last 25% of 80 ppl which is last 20 ppl. Mark ranks #2 so he's at #61 out of all 80 employees.之后又加了8个人在最后，所以，61/88是他的位置。
Each quartile = 25% of 88 = 22, then despite the 1st quartile (88-22=66), Mark ranks #5 lowest in the 2nd quartile (66-61 = 5)
