TOPIC:To achieve successful development of a country, a government should focus its budgets more on young children's education rather than on universities.
It is indisputable that the development of a country has caused wide public concern since the beginning of the era of globalization. Whether the young children's education or universities' education weights more on the development of a country is a blessing or a curse has triggered spirited contention. From my point of view, the government ought not to put any of the two in the second place.
Initially, as Deng Xiaoping put it, the education should start with kids. We can simply reach the agreement that children's education does play a profound role in the developing process. Compared with the less developed countries, nearly all the individuals in developed countries have received a fundamental education when they were young. Thus we know that any government, which is blind to this point, may pay a heavy price.
Admittedly, to say that the universities' education is as vital as the children's would be to exaggerate, but the resemblances are very close. If we could use "footstone" to describe the role that children's education played in the countries' development, we would point out that the universities' education is an "exhilarant". The further step that one country is willing to take largely depends on the experts in each field. For instance, when a country needs to build the space craft, it definitely needs experts in astronomy field and mechanology field and on no account can we ignore the value of universities' education at this time. What's more, the universities' education needs more money than children's since well-educated people like professors earn more salaries to ensure the education quality. Also, the facilities in university such as library, cafeteria, and gym are expensive and need more money to build.
In contrast, the disaster may occur if we ever ignore the either of them. The country would get lost when he neglect the children's education since it is impossible to build the mansion without "footstone". On the other hand, if the government puts universities' education in the second place, the country would tend towards mediocrity because he has not been injected the "exhilarant".
To sum up, there can be little doubt that the country who pays attention on both of the children's and universities' education would outperform the single emphasizing country. A combination of the "footstone" and "exhilarant" will enable the country to gain fruit of development.
