递交了港大申请 收到这样的邮件请问是什么情况

申请递交了3天 今天早上收到邮件说我没有递交？但是我打开官网看到是submitted的了 请问是什么情况呢
邮件：Dear Applicant,

(This is a system-generated automatic reminder to all registered account holders of the Postgraduate Online Application System of HKU who have created the account for more than 3 weeks but have not yet submitted the application. If you have decided not to send your application online, please ignore this message.)

我已经提交完啦 你看第二封官网的回复。所以我才觉得比较奇怪

第二封官网你这样我是看不出你有没有提交了supporting documents的，毕竟我也不知道你有没有click here然后上传，提不提交文件官网页面都是长这样子的，因为第一段只是告诉你你的申请表格和支付做完了。如果你文件都上传完了，那你就打电话或写邮件去问吧，毕竟从第一封邮件来看，你所剩时间不多了

会不会是申请了两个不同账号？因为我同时申了不同专业，后来收到了一个推研，就没弄第二个

都是这样的呀，第一封是因为港大的申请系统一旦注册，必须在三周内完成，否则就过期了，必须重新注册，就是提醒你一下。第二封就是你网申的基本信息填完了，让你上传一些纸质材料的扫描件比如成绩单毕业证书啥的，当然如果你同时邮寄纸质版材料的话，上不上传也就无所谓了。
