Thequality of education is usually recognized as an indication of thestrength and potential of a country, thus nearly all the country inthe world see the methods to improve the quality of education as abasic and important issue. Some people posited that increasingteacher’s salaries will result improvement of education quality. However, as for me, I didn’t agree with such a statement.
Firstof all, the quality of education was mostly attributed to quality ofteacher while the salariesare salaryis
notagood or proper indicatorsindicatoror methodsmethodto improve the quality of teacher. The teacher‘s qualitycomes from the long time professional training as a teacher beforeand after they really become a teacher. Therefore, itcan’t be improved significantly in just one night or merely bysalaries increment. HowHaveyou ever seen a teacher known for his or her bad temperstempersor temper?
becomebenign because of money? Have you ever seen a musical or physicalteacher’s skills suddenly improved to an expert level? Therefore,I believe that since the quality of teacher cannot be improved merelyby salariesincreasing increasingsalaries,so the quality of education also cannot be improved by this method.-i1 G$ Q, h
Secondly, the environment and principles of a school also are crucial factorscontributed to quality of education, and thiswas thesewere or aremostly determined by the founder or vice-chancellor of that school. As all we know, every school has her own motto or school dresses oreven school songs. Thesesoft treasureswhich every school strived to establish could provide a specialenvironment for students to learn not only knowledge but alsoprinciples of life, and itthesetreasures
alwaysbecome an characteristic of that school to attract more students. However, thisthesesoft or sprite treasurescannot be established only by increaseingthe teacher’s salaries, or even wouldbe worseandmaybe damaged by this method.
Finally, even if the salaries ofteacher wereareincreased, the quality of education will not be definitely improvedsince the factors affectingthe quality of education isareso wide and complicated. Maybe the increasing salaries will exertadverse effect to the quality of education sincethe extra money will always cause unexpected problems to theperformance of teachers.
Wheredo you get the opinion? So abrupt and assertive Forinstance, a primary school near my home recently increases thesalaries of teachers to encourage them. However, after two months ofsalaries increasing, two teachers were found to be insouciant whenthey are on duty because they use the extra money to drink atnight.theexample may explain your opinion above, “since the extra money willalways cause unexpected problems to the performance of teachers” ,however the connection is not smooth. So,who can assert that increasing salaries will be an incitement forteacher’s performance? Ithink personally this paragraph would be perfect without the bluewords

Allin all, from what I have discussed above, the conclusion can beeasily drawn that the quality of education cannot be improvedsignificantly by merely increasing teacher’s salaries.
Hi,Futureguitar, I think your writing is pretty good, even though withsome foibles. Having more time, you, I think, can do much better thanI did on your writing. Your vocabulary seems very big, and the mostimportant is that you have a lot of thoughts to tell, both of whichare what I need. If you find some of what I did on your writing is not right, pleaseforgive me for my limited ability in English. Thanks!
